Our 2 room suite was facing into the Inn, so we didn't have an outside view, however the emenities were good and distance to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark was excellent. Breakfast was decent, the rooms were comfy and clean. Overall, it was good value given that the Waterpark tickets were also discounted as a result of our stay.

Room Tip: If you have kids, a 2 room suite is worth the price.

Rooms are good sized, clean with everything you need and an indoor pool thats great for the kids. Next time we'll try the family suite that overlooks the pool area. The hotel is located close to everything downtown with a five minute walk. Breakfast includes alot more than a continental breakfast

Stayed overnight whilst visiting the Falls. A good place to stay if you are there to see the Falls. A short walk, (5 / 10 mins) to the front to see the Falls and also to Clifton Hill. Very clean, plenty of room and staff very helpful in every way. We were put in a room overlooking the pool and the room smelt of chlorine so we asked to move and were moved immediately with no bother. The pool is small and really only for kids. The breakfast is OK as it is included in the price. There is plenty of fresh fruit and cereals, also a couple of hot items, toast and a waffle making machine. It is what you would expect for the cost and 2 1/2 stars, however very packed, all cutlery etc is plastic. Would stay again for an overnight.

We stayed in this Hampton Inn for two nights in July 2011 while visiting Niagara Falls. Our room had two beds and a sofabed. The room was pleasant and clean.
There was plenty of free parking, and we were able to leave our car and walk to most of the activities we wanted to do. The falls themselves are about a 10-15 minutes walk. Also close by is the Clifton Hill tourist area, which is full of shops, restaurants and museums, and is just packed with people. From the hotel, there is no view of the falls. It's too far away for that. I found I didn't miss it. We just didn't spend much time in the room.
The free breakfast was nice, although very busy. Free high-speed internet worked well too.
Two things I didn't care for, although I would go back to this hotel in spite of them: the TV got very few channels, not that we watched much while there. And the indoor pool was about the smallest I've ever seen in any hotel. We didn't even bother trying to swim, and we normally enjoy hotel pools.
But, overall, great location, nice room.

We stayed in the Hampton one night and this was our first time with Hampton hotels. We will be staying with Hampton again. The staff were great, very helpful no matter what we needed or wanted. The complementary breakfast was a surprise, so much to choose from. A person had a choice of cold and hot cearls, bacon, sausage eggs and a person could even make there own waffels and they were great tasting. Thank you again Hampton Hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of nights because we were able to get one night using Hilton points. Overall, this is comfortable but somewhat dated hotel.

The breakfast area gets very crowded but more so during the last hour of breakfast. Breakfast is what you expect at Hampton Inn, a continental buffet with some hot food.

The shower was a built in plastic mold, so it didn't have the newer style curved shower curtains that give you extra room.

There also are not enough electrical outlets, BUT, in followup with management, they did indicate that they provide power strips -- just ask.

The pool area can get noisy, but the pool does close at 10:00 which was early enough to not cause us any sleep loss.

The hotel is in a great spot close to everything... no car required. We walked to the casino and the Clifton Hill plus had a really nice dinner just down the street.
I have stayed here twice already and it is reasonable and clean with a nice feeling to the whole place. The price for a two bedroom was $140 in the winter. They had no other rooms avaliable at the time so we took it. I think normally it would have been around $110 for a single room for us. All was good and the indoor pool was filled happily with parents and children. The breakfest is really quite good and it is part of the package for everyone so if you are hungry... get there early as it is very busy if you are up in time!
