“Good value, central location”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

This is a great hotel for the price. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of just about anything you could want. The rooms are typical of most any Courtyard and are clean. After trying out both approaches, my personal preference would be to spend the extra money and go for the fallsview hotels. However, if you are looking for a good value or are on a budget this is a great place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had 2 rooms with 2 queen-sized beds in each room. We asked for adjoining rooms, but they were unable to accomodate this request for us. They did however give us rooms right next to each other. The rooms were quite large and very clean. The only issue we ran into was that one of our rooms was ready and available by 3:00pm and the other was not available until almsot 4:45pm, even though check-in is at 3:00pm. This was beyond frustrating. We wanted to leave the hotel and do some things, but had to keep checking to see if our room was cleaned yet. It turned out okay since they ended up comping our parking fees for both rooms for the 2 nights. The staff was friendly, the kids enjoyed the pools and I would definitely stay here again. We ate breakfast at the Keg Restaurant. Although it was expensive, everything in Niagara Falls, Canada is expensive.

I love this hotel. It's the best 3 star I know and better than other 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in elsewhere. It's biggest shortcoming is that some rooms need modernising before they become run down. E.g. a room I was initially placed in had a safe that didn't work and generally looked run-down. The room we were upgraded to was lovely.

I have stayed here before and had a jacuzzi both times and I loved that!!!!! The rooms are of a very decent size and the bed is comfortable. The coffee maker is good. The staff here are polite and the hotel is in a great location- literally by attractions like Screaming tunnels etc.

I miss being on holiday already!!!!!

Room Tip: Get a room with a hot tub:)

We stayed 1 night and were glad to be able to leave our car prior to check in so we could head down to enjoy the falls. We enjoyed being a few blocks away from the craziness of the falls. Room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub had WAY too much clorine and not enough water....we were not able to stay long due to eye irritations. Overall a nice stay.

this hotel is located where all the action is ... Clifton Hill is only steps away. Close walk to both casinos and the falls attractions. Lots of options for restaurants and keep in mind there is a daily parking fee (which was reasonable). Just wish the free wifi would actually work (it didn't on all 4 of our phones).

We are a family of five and stayed at the hotel from Sunday Aug3 to Wed Aug 6. We are from PEI soafter driving for 20 hours we were looking forward to checking into the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 245 and hoped we could check in 15 minutes early. We were told that check in was anytime after 3. We sat in the waiting area and noticed others getting checked in. At 3pm there was a very large line up. We decided to try to check in again at 315 and was told that our room was not ready. I explained that we were told that check in was 3 and she said that check in was anytime after 3, whenever the room is ready. After standing at the desk for 10 mins, she told us that our room would be ready after 415. She said that because check out isn't until 12, sometimes the rooms are not ready. I told her that it was rediculous.
However, the room was huge and clean. Location is great.

Room Tip: The family sweet is the best value
