Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites

We stayed on the 30th floor of the south tower and the view of the two falls was amazing. The lobby was being renovated and I hope they include some seating in their plans, as there is no seating in the lobby other than the planter ledge and not the greatest when you want to use the wifi. The room was renovated but the bathroom still showed it's age. It was a very special weekend so we splurged and booked the Hilton. The checking was quick, and efficient and even though we had booked 3 rooms, only one was slightly upgraded to a suite, and that one had a major leak problem with the tub.
Would I book there again, probably not I'd rather book the Fallsview Casino to compare.

Room Tip: Check online for booking specials on the Hilton website.

We stayed here with the family for 2 nights in double twin room on the 22nd floor of the South tower. The view is truly amazing, overseeing both Falls. The room was spaceous and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet simply great. Valet parking was efficient. Only question I have is why for the prices they ask they cannot include Wifi for free, an option that is nowadays standard in hotels that are alot cheaper.

Room Tip: Try to book as high as you can, in South tower definitely above 20th floor.

The casino across the way gets in the way of the view, but the views of the falls from here is magnificent. Book this hotel and look for upgrades and package deals...included were drinks and dinner at the roof-top restaurant (which was nice, but overpriced...but this is Niagara Falls, and everything is a shake-down). The rooms were excellent and huge - we had the king jacuzzi suite and have no complaints. Check-in and arrival was convenient...take advantage of the free breakfast.

Cons: First of all, let me start with the pool, great place to have a fun time, but the water slide might be a little dangerous. You bang your body (sometimes) as you go down since its a swirly slide. When get in the swirly slide you almost sprain your foot (I ENDED UP GOING TO THE HOSPITAL TO SEE IF I BROKE, HAD TO LEAVE A DAY EARLY!) Internet is ridiculous in the hotel! Lunch at the Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse: $104! Breakfast at Grand Caffe: $42 (with discount = $32)

Pro: Good Swimming Pool, Good Service, AWESOME FOOD!, MAJOR UPDATE!, Good Hotels Rooms!

This hotel is good to stay, but take $3,000 for a worry free of money stay at the hotel!

Room Tip: If you want to have a room that has a view of the falls, book at the North or South Tower, if you ge...

We booked a falls view double room with two king beds. It cost about $300 plus parking of $ 20
Per night. This is supposed to give you the view of both falls. Our room was on the 40th floor however the casino hotel was between us and the falls and it was irritating to have that there. Therefore they should advise people of that before charging that amount of money. The elevators were a disaster. There was a lineup in the lobby and when you came down the elevator would stop on almost every floor even if we were already packed like sardines . The pool and hot tub are very crowded and noisy it feels like an indoor water park definitely not a place to relax. Consider yourself lucky to get a chair.

My family and I just returned home from a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. I would have given it five stars, but there were a few (very minor) issues. First of all, it's really expensive, especially to get a good view of the Falls. Second, the lobby is under construction and tends to get a bit congested, especially during peak check-in times. And finally, although the hotel is fairly new (about 6 years old), the room is showing a bit of age - there was a large dent in the wall by the window, the gasket on the shower door was loose, and the wallpaper needs a good scrub.

Aside from those minor issues, the hotel was fabulous! We were on the 14th floor in the north tower, and still had a pretty good view of the American Falls, plus we had a great view of the rest of the city out of the floor-to-ceiling window. We stayed in a 2-bedroom King suite with a jacuzzi tub and a faux fireplace. The beds were comfortable with ample, comfortable pillows. The room was clean, and since we were at the end of the hallway in a corner, it was very quiet. I don't think we saw anyone else but the house keeper on our floor the whole time we were there.

The pool is large and has a huge slide. It was crowded in the evenings, but not bad.

The location is also perfect. It is on the corner of Fallsview Blvd. (where most of the big hotels are), and Murray. You can walk out of the hotel and go straight down Murray and be at the Falls in about five minutes, so it's actually a little more convenient than some of the other hotels. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Clifton Hill, where all the fun, crazy tourist traps are. It is right across the street from the Casino and a mall that has quite a few restaurants and shops.

There are three restaurants at the hotel: Brasa, a Brazilian Steakhouse offers a buffet for about $40 p/p, Romano's Macaroni Grill, which offers Italian food, and there is a restaurant that offers a breakfast buffet (not sure of the price). We had dinner one night at Macaroni grill, and had excellent service. My son said their pizza sauce was the best he'd ever had. There is also a gift shop in the hotel, a snack shop, and a small bar, which also serves Starbucks.

I would definitely stay here again (if I was able to find a discount somewhere), because we loved almost everything about the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Niagara Falls.

Stayed in this hotel during this past Civic holiday long weekend. Parking structure was horrible. The staff made us drive around the block to access the parking. The line to check in was ridiculously long and slow. The room rate promised to have a city view. We had a view of an alley and parking lot. Plus, our room did not have the grooming supplies. We had to ask for them. Paid $300 per day plus parking. No breakfast with this rate. Not worth it at all. We purposely ate outside this hotel to give others business. Better to find a different and less expensive hotel. This location is still a far walk to the downtown core anf falls at about 30 minutes. Didn't bother taking pictures of room.

Room Tip: City view was misleading.
