I was very pleased with this hotel. The hotel is modern and upscale looking. The location is very close to the Falls and all the major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. We stayed in a room with a falls-view and while the casino detracted somewhat from the view it was still an impressive sight. Our room was spacious and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the in-room safe and fridge.

I didn't appreciate that Wi-Fi was an additional charge; it seems like almost everyone offers this at no additional charge these days so to have to pay extra for it especially at a hotel outside of the U.S. where most of us don't have access to our cell phone service was a pain. I also found the cost of parking at the hotel to be a little ridiculous as well. Paying almost $30 to park seems excessive. Definitely park across the street at the casino for $5 if you don't mind a short walk to the hotel.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant offered a large selection and was very good and if you are looking for somewhere to eat a nice dinner I'd definitely recommend the Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse at the hotel.

We thought we were renting a 2 bedroom deluxe suite. What it was was a 2 room suite. Upon entering you run into a bed. The room has no windows. The second room has the views, living area and another bed. Our first room (we were given the wrong room) was not clean in the bathroom area. The Saturday they switched us ,when WE notified them of their error, to the same room type accept it was 10 floors higher. When your paying 320. per night you expect a deluxe room. The views were excellent, the beds were very comfortable but not worth $320.00 per night.
Will not stay there again.

Room Tip: get the VIEW room.

Since I live so close to Niagara I have stayed in this hotel countless times over the past 4 years as a mini getaway, each time through the purchase of the Groupon promotion. Not one of my stays has been disappointing. The location of the hotel is great, as it is in close proximity to the Falls, and if you love shopping or going to the Casino there is a tunnel that directly connects you there.I have stayed in 3 different rooms, and each has been clean and a great size! The breakfast buffet is the best one I have come across, with tons of hot items to choose from. The pool is amazing and has a large water slide and separate waterfall type area. The staff have always been very friendly, professional and attentive. The only downside is that parking is a bit pricey, but overall I will be back....hopefully soon!

I stayed in the Hilton Mid Tower in April 2014 for 3 nights. It was nice, warm weather outside (in the 60s) and it was 75 degrees in my room the entire stay. The heating and cooling system for the entire tower can only do one or the other at any given time. Because the tower was still set to heat during April, we couldn't cool our room down, as the AC would not work. Even opening the windows and using a small fan that the front desk provided did not help. Frankly, this was worse than staying in a Motel 6. I'm going to try one of the other nearby hotels next time. (Other than the temperature of the room, everything was good.)

Best hotel at the Canadian side! Its the most renovated one.
We made the reservation through groupon and the range of floors avalible for that deal were from 15 to 25, we asked for a higher floor and they gave us a great room with falls view in floor 47!!!
We high recomend this hotel!!

Still looking for the perfect Fallsview hotel, and this isn’t it. Of course, the casino across the street prevents any picturesque view of both of the falls together, but I’ll admit the view is still impressive. From my room, the American Falls were clearly visible, but the Horseshoe Falls were obscured. The rest of the Niagara Falls skyline is quite clear and is worth a mention. Everything about the stay was up to par and satisfactory, except for the parking. There is a multi-level garage adjacent to the hotel, yet inexplicable it’s not attached; you have to go back to ground level and walk past a high-traffic, blind corner to get to the hotel lobby. This path becomes a horrible icy wind tunnel in the winter months, and is a ridiculous design flaw. I was thoroughly annoyed to find out upon checking in, that they required me to walk back out and up to the car to hang a ticket from my mirror. It’s not rocket science to come up with a better system that doesn't inconvenience guests. Not really impressed. 7/10
