Good place, check in very well organized. Room is small and its not a 2 bedroom suit as advertized is just 2 room separated by bathroom. Facilities is great especially waterslides.
Restaurant in the hotel is pricey but worth every penny you pay. I use valet parking and it was good service.
Definitely recommend this to anyone

We stayed at the Hilton to celebrate or 15th wedding anniversary. Yes I am a resident of Niagara but we really just wanted a special night away to celebrate without Kids. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Our room was amazing. We decided to order room service and stay in the room which was very delicious. The chefs did an amazing job preparing our meal. We had purchased tickets to a show across the street at the casino, being hooked up by an enclosed walkway and Bridge made it very convenient. The hotel has an cool Lobby level lounge Spyce which was great to sit down and have a drink after the show before heading back up to the room. Would definatly recommend staying hear to any one.

We stayed at the Hilton for a convention. We had a Falls view room on the 25th floor of the shorter tower. What a view it was! We could see both falls. The casino tower was in between but did not block the view. We could see the fireworks on Friday and Sunday evenings right from our room. The elevator made the trip up and down fast and smooth. It was nice having a pedway that connected to the casino area for shopping and eating. No need to go outside on hot/cold/rainy days if you don't want to. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the convention centre so very handy. Also the falls are about the same distance away. It was nice to walk everywhere but the WeGo busses stopped right out front also if you don't like walking.

The room itself was very nice. We had a king bed and a pull out sofabed that we didn't need but it was nice to have the sitting area. It could have used a second chair so that we could both sit at the window to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. You could not see the falls from the couch. The bathroom is nice and large with a Jacuzzi tub. One thing we did not like was the bi-fold glass doors beside the jacuzzi that formed the one wall. While you could close them they did not close tight (we had guests up to the room a couple of times) and also in the middle of the night or early in the morning if you turned the light on the entire room was lit up do to the glass in these doors. You couldn't see through the glass but it did allow light through. Hard for one person to sleep while the other heads for an early meeting. We managed OK but just a heads up.

Overall the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: We got a beautiful view but we also booked quite a long time before the convention.

Best hotel accommodation in Niagara Falls Canada. I will definitely keep returning and recommending friends and family. I also like the easy access to the hotel from the highway and to Niagara on the lake

I stayed three nights June 2014. My only complaint is the $24 per night parking fee. I believe the fee could be reduced sharply.

The Room- I had a king suite in the South Tower on the 22nd floor. I had an unobstructed view of the American Falls, and could see the top area of the Horseshoe Falls. The Fallsview Casino across the street was pretty at night, as well as the Skylon Tower and Skywheel in the Clifton Hill area easily seen from my window. I enjoyed looking out at the water during the day, and the lights at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cozy. The king suite does have an opening between the living area and the bath that is covered by bi-fold doors with rain glass, which makes the bath area less private if you are traveling with someone that demands complete privacy in the bathroom. The elevators were always quick.

Location- It is as near the Falls and attractions as any other Hotel in the area. Plan to do some walking from any Hotel to access the closest views and the attractions. Visit one of the welcome centers to purchase combination passes to the attractions you wish to participate in (boat ride, tunnels behind the falls, etc.). Utilize the bus system, WEGO, to travel between the attractions, and to get a good look at all the area has to offer. There is a WEGO stop in front of the hotel for the Blue Line, and you can learn to navigate the bus lines to get where you want to go. I purchased an Adventure Pass which included the boat ride to the Falls (The Hornblower on the Canadian side), Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara's Fury, and the Whitewater Walk (a wooden walkway beside the whitewater rapids) for around $50, and it includes 2 days of WEGO.

Cleanliness- The room was clean and made up daily. Thank you Maegan V.!!!!

I was given a groupon with a city view. When you are placed in the Mid Tower, don't expect any view, other than the cement walls of the North or South Towers. Even with a reservations stating a city view, my view was a cement wall of the North Tower. Location was great. Parking was secure. The noise in the hallway was very loud. Not sure if the casino next door creates a more late night atmosphere and makes the hotel more busy at night and creates a party feel.

The rooms are pretty spendy. We got a double falls view room on an upper floor and it was amazing! Rooms were clean. There was an indoor pool, decent size and max depth 3 1/2 feet. They have a WATER SLIDE at the pool! Careful it is the fastest slide I have been on. The slide was the best part. I think the area these guys lacked was customer service. I believe the motel was sold out at the time we were visiting. There was an extremely large non english speaking group that dominated the motel, so I think the lack of customer service might have been due to being so tied up with the group? Anyhow I would probably check out another nearby hotel to see how their customer service was before returning here.
