Another great deal for sure, in terms of we got dinner at Remingtons, breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and 50% off tickets to Greg Frewen however this hotel needs to be redone.

The sink was cracked, the vent off the ceiling, stains etc....not great also we had a room that overlooked the street...even with the windows closed all we heard was everyone walking by and talking (and we were a number of floors up).

If you are going to stay because of the good deal, overlook the room quality and get a room not overlooking the street.

My husband & I will never try to stay at this Inn again. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful but that didn't make up for the condition of the room they put us in. The room REEKED of room deodorizer, which they tried to vacuum up and blow out with a fan, and the rug was stained. After 3hours the room still reeked of the stuff. Hubby & I are chemically sensitive; he was getting a really bad headache & I felt nauseous.
We drove from Pennsylvania, USA and were tired; we had to get up early the next morning to meet a group.
This was not a good situation, we requested a room cancellation & stayed in a room across the street. For the next 3nights of our trip we stayed in a place across from the Falls.

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking time to write your review regarding your experience at our hotel. I am sorry that you were dissapointed with the room condition when you checked in. What you experienced is not the standard we strive to uphold. We use a recommended industrial product which is a liquid odour counteractant to be sprayed in the malodourous area to neutralize the air . We apologise if that smell interfered with your stay. Our goal is to provide a level of service that requires diligent attention to detail and is a matter of constant reinforcement of our hotel. I sincerely hope that you will consider staying at our hotel if your travels ever bring you to Niagara Falls area. Please call me directly for your next reservation at our hotel.
Yours in Hospitality

We stayed here for one night, for the Labor day weekend, after booking a reasonable rate compared to other hotels in Niagara. It is a short ride to the falls, with a plenty of dining options around. Check in was without a glitch and personal. We were given a room in the motel section, facing the shopping mall and QEW highway, something I dread of, but it was OK. There was a stain on the carpet as we entered, but everything else was clean, tasteful, and very decent. When other hotels in Niagara were running over 250/night room, this was a deal. Falls are spectacular, but what they made out of city of Niagara Falls is tacky and unpleasant. Hint - drive to Niagara-on-the-lake after seeing falls, gorgeous town.

Stayed 2 nights at the Days Niagara at Lundy's lane. It was easy to find and very convenient to the local outlet shops and a japanese restaurant Jade across the road which was excellent. Of course we weren't there for the shopping or food.
The staff were friendly upon arrival and we were given a large room with 2 queen beds right by the car park. The room was clean and fit for purpose.
The hotel we found was only 10 minutes drive from the falls and all the facilities and attractions associated with it. The Falls were breath taking and the maid of the mist boat ride is well worth doing. Marineland was great too esp for the kids.
When we finished we had a nice playful swim in the hotel pool which was nice and casual.
We'd happily stay here again

We booked two rooms at this hotel. Overall, the quality was very average, slightly below our expectations for a 2.5 star hotel.

Contrary to what has been announced, there was no iron or ironing board in rooms, no vouchers for breakfast. The Internet was not accessible on the floor, the ice machine defective (no ice!), And there were not enough towels in the rooms (4 towel to a room with 2 double beds).
However, the lobby was clean, the indoor pool looked clean and well maintained, parking was free (not really useful given the location of the hotel rather far from the down town) and non-smoking rooms (although some pillows have a small smell of tobacco).

A small warning to future guests, we were asked to make a deposit of $ 50 per room per night, although the bill was paid in advance via Expedia.ca. The girl behind front desk showed some intransigent about this deposit, what I really found it very inappropriate.

Overall, if you are not too demanding, and yous only want to rest your body, this is a good option, provided that you got it for a good price.

Yes , Will definitely book again at this hotel when we return to niagara.
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel , Jacuzzi suite. Check in was fast and friendly.Room was clean, loved the jacuzzi. Wimpy's resturant beside hotel was great for breakfast, good prices. If we needed extra towels etc. staff was very accomidating. Ice machine does need to be replaced or fixed .Used the bus system which stops right in front of hotel to get down to the falls. Hotel was reasonably priced.
