On arrival we noticed there was no refrigerator in the room, which is no fault of the staff. This was an inconvenience for my wife as she uses insulin and had to use the ice bucket or the air conditioner to cool her insulin pens.
The towels are small, too small for the average adult. There are plenty of towels to use but two adults would use them all in a single day.
The jacuzzi was filthy, covered in a layer of dust. The base of the jacuzzi looked like it had silicone filler on it that had not been smoothed out.
The hallways and elevator, smelled like the chlorine from the pool. We never used the pool so I will not be reviewing the pool.
The ice machine ran out of ice, again no fault of the staff. The hotel was fully booked on our second night, perhaps a second ice machine would be helpful.
The bed had three pillows, how are two adults suppose to sleep with three pillows?
The toilet clogged without much paper, three or four times we had to call for servicing. Apparently, the toilet was brand new and the mechanism had not worked in yet. The service person who came up tried to do their best. The last request for servicing the 'manager' tried to unclogged it and managed to do so. He asked us how we booked the room, since we booked it through a third party, he rolled his eyes and grinned. He said he would do his best to compensate us for the inconvenience, but we did not receive anything in return.
On the morning of our second day, we left our electronics in our room, we placed the 'do not disturb' sign on our door, so cleaning staff would not enter the room. Upon waiting for the elevator we heard one staff member say to another 'Room number # and our # has the do not disturb sign on it, you know what that means, there has been a murder in the room'.
When packing up to go home, we checked our room for things we may have left in the room. Pulling back the bed sheets we found a rolled up price sticker at the bottom of bed. Looking under the bedside tables, we found a condom package from a previous guest.
When checking out of our room, I asked the clerk if there was anything noted in the book about our toilet issues. I said we had booked with a third party, and she told us there was nothing they could do to help us.

Do not bother responding to this review. I noticed ever poor review you receive you attempt to defend the hotels reputation. Perhaps you should be proactive and make sure reviews like this and other don't happen by making sure your hotel is running properly.
