Add-on to Rusty's review: The tub is dangerously slippery. Add lube, and the fun (or the danger!) begins! For real, be careful!

$17 for parking!!!

1.5 miles to the falls. Parking in "town" is $20, and the farther out one goes, the less it costs; we saw as low as $5.

My girlfriend and I stayed here last night after getting a groupon, which included one room with two queen beds, and a couple measley vouchers. ($15 off here, $10 there, yada yada)

We asked if we could check in early, and there was no problem with that. We checked in at 2:15 which was nice. It gave us a chance to relax before our big night on clifton hill.

The room wasn't bad, wasn't great. We came into a little bit of an odor, couldn't quite put our finger on it but it was something off. That aside, the room was a basic room. Two queen beds, a small window, and a small bathroom.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, it felt like I was lying on cardboard, and the sheets didn't do a whole lot for us, very thin and rough.

The carpet looked like the newest thing in the room, and was quite comfortable.

The room came with a small 32" tv, and a minifridge, which we were pleasantly surprised about- and it worked! an added bonus.

We were a little disappointed that the windows did not open, as last night it was fantastic weather and we would have loved for the warm air to come in, but that's a minor detail.

Location was great, within walking distance to clifton hill (10 mins) and the casinos.

I would probably stay here again, but I'd probably look for something with a little more to offer before making the choice to stay here.

This was the 2nd time my husband and I stayed here and we noticed some differences, unfortunately for the worse. The bathroom was not as functional as we remembered before, despite some renovations . In fact, the bath tub clogged because the water didn't drain properly.Breakfast was ok.... On the 1st day we had to wait approx half an hour for the next batch of food, so on the 2nd day we learnt our lesson and arrived a bit earlier for breakfast. The location is great though, hence the reason we chose it again. Right across from the Fallsview casino, walking mins from Skylon and of course the Falls. Free wi-fi and parking. Not sure we will return . Sorry

Went down with my wife for our anniversary. We booked a Jacuzzi room and it was awesome. Big room. Location was great as we could walk to everything. We received a voucher for Outback Steakhouse and it was only a few minute walk for dinner. Staff was welcoming. I will be booking here again.

Room had a stale smell upon entering, AC unit didn't work, and bathtub refused to drain. Found flies on the sheer curtains.

The desk staff "investigated" and eventually moved us to another room (which was better, but off the parking lot, so was noisy).

Bed's uncomfortable. Linens simple and low thread-count.

Room Tip: book elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Decent price, king bed with jacuzzi room. Cheaper than the other hotels around it. Recently cheaply renovated part of the hotel. Bed was comfortable, seemed to be newer linens. Ice bucket full of previous persons water, had to find house keeping to replace it and ice machine was not working. Had to go to the lobby ice machine which sadly gave us a few cubes and nothing more. Front desk people were friendly but seemed scattered and confused. Wifi did not work, none of our phones, laptop or iPad could not find the wifi signal for this hotel. $15+tax for parking. Ok value for the money. A/C worked well. Cute cliche red heart shaped jacuzzi tub. Location is good, just over a km to falls so everything is in walking distance.

Don't go here if you are looking for a refurbished room that doesn't have stairs, all of those are up at least two flights. They did switch us to a downstairs room that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and other unmentionables, it was truly unacceptable. We decided to trudge up 3 flights of stairs with wheelchair in tow to the newer room, which looked ok, but was really just lipstick. The water was brown out of the tap and the tub would not drain (shower curtain was stain along bottom so this has been a problem for a while) the walls were paper thin and you could hear guests in the next room actually walking across the floor and talking, even though they were quiet. We won't discuss the spiders. The room was supposed to have a Jacuzzi, but that was no where to be found. Extremely disappointed and there were many other guests at the front desk when we went back complaining also. Poor experience at best, your money is better spent elsewhere. $150 per night through Groupon, it was a gift to us, and also included coupons for $10 at IHOP, $15 at outback, and $5 at hooters. There was also a $15 a day charge for parking.
