We stayed here for one night early August before heading to Toronto, and had booked a deluxe queen fallsview room which, we found out afterwards, was represented with two different pictures on the hotel website, and obviously the room was nothing like what we were expecting. As someone else had mentioned, there is no LCD tv as advertised in the photos of their website, but rather an old tube TV that is placed at a very awkward angle, on the right of the bed, in a huge cheap melamine grey wall unit.
Upon arrival , the front desk attendant was rude and not too welcoming. Upon checkout, we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay!
Although the room is "modern", you can tell it is just superficially redesigned, and most of the things under the new wallpaper and decor is old and worn out, including the carpet that was coming off in the corner. After all, this place is not cheap!
There is no place to put shampoo or soap in the shower. There was no blow drier and it took more than 45 minutes to get one when we called downstairs. We were told the guy who was supposed to bring it up was busy repairing a pipe in the restaurant!
The main best thing with this place was the view which WAS as advertised, exceptional! Huge windows that were relatively clean and offered a spectacular view of both falls.

Room Tip: Go for king deluxe fallsview.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this quiet hotel. The room we occupied was very recently renovated and we hope the next visitors will help maintain it as nice as it is. We would have appreciated a second chair in the room instead of the microwave and refrigerator. People were very nice however, the severs at the bar and snack restaurant lacked some experience. We would not hesitate to recommend this well located hotel.
Two Montrealers.

This hotel is beautifully decorated! We booked one of the newly decorated queen rooms and upon arrival, they had upgraded us to a king room with a view of the Canadian and US falls. When we entered the room and pulled back the curtains we couldn't believe our eyes. The bathroom was really nice, with a huge shower and removable showerhead. The bedding was so comfortable, and there was a large flat screen TV in the room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and had delicious crepes. In the evening we went down for drinks, and I was so excited to see on the menu chocolate martinis.

The only downside to this hotel was the elevator which was really slow, but the atmosphere in the hotel was so awesome that we didn't care at all. The Embassy Suites hotel is right next to the Tower, and those guests can see into your window and vice versa, so if you want privacy you'll have to close the curtains.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Niagara and have an amazing view of the falls. The Tower was the key factor in making our trip to Niagara an excellent one.

Room Tip: Best rooms are on the 30th floor,

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel is at a fantastic location and close to everything. I wasn't really wild about the valet parking, but the service made up for everything. We arrived and immediately received a room upgrade to a room facing the falls. I also thought they had the most reasonably priced room that close to the falls, with that view of the falls.

The Tower Hotel is so unique! Never seen anything like it. It's right by the Horseshoe Falls, so it's at the far end of the hotels. It's perfect if you DO NOT want the touristy area of Clifton Hill. For us this was a perk! It's quiet, romantic and the views are amazing. We knew we wouldn't stay in the room for long, so we did not pay for a falls view. We paid for a city view. They upgraded us to a penthouse room. It was very nice. Yes, smaller than most hotel rooms because of the shape of the hotel, but very chic and unique. The king bed was comfortable...a nice welcome after many nights of hard beds at other hotels. Right around the corner is a rail tram that takes you down to the Horseshoe Falls, so no major walking down the hill! There are many restaurants within walking distance, but we wanted something special. Before going out, we stopped on the 25th floor for The Pinnacle Restaurant to see the views from the falls side. It was amazing! The restaurant is not very big, so we made reservations in a heartbeat! Dinner was excellent. We shared a steak that was perfectly cooked. The view at night is breathtaking with the falls lit up. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family (without kids).

Room Tip: Book early. We waited a week to book our room and the price went up slightly, which is typical anywhere.
