We absolutely loved this hotel! I hadn't told my husband that we had a falls view from our room, and when we went in the curtains were closed. The look on his face when he pulled them back was priceless!! We had absolutely stunning views of both falls and the surrounding area, and a perfect view of sunrise. We could have stared out of the window for hours - we looked right into the Horseshoe Falls. The rooms were small but beautifully decorated. The valet parking was very efficient, and at $15 per 24 hours was reasonable value for that area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We thought it was great value for money and a wonderful place to stay.

I booked the Deluxe Fallsview Room on October 8, 2011, and as you can imagine, the view was pretty amazing! The room was cozy with a 27in tube television, but with the perfect view of the falls, who's really going to be watching tv? I noticed the A/C was pretty strong when I turned it on and didn't understand why ... but the confusion quickly cleared up in the morning with the sun was beaming in! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was more than accomodating. The view was awesome; we didn't even put the TV on once! The Pinnacle Restaurant's service was fine but a little dissatisfied with the food. Would definitely go back to this hotel just for the view. We were on the 30th floor in a newly remodeled room.

Room Tip: a room with a view of the falls

The view we had was of both falls and it was perfect. The room was neat, clean and cozy.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, we enjoy the view because that was what we came for. The cafe in the hotel was pleasant and comfortable.

We will be staying there again.

Room Tip: Just ask for a view of the falls room 2912!

This hotel has some amazing updates. My husband and I stayed at this hotel seven years ago on our honeymoon. At that time, the hotel was owned by the Ramada. Since we were familiar with this hotel and the area, we decided to book there again. Our room was 3002 on the 30th floor and this room was amazing. It was the newly renovated room, so the colors were bright and the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was also newly renovated with a glass door shower and a unique sink. This hotel is not right on the beating path of Clifton Hills, but it's right near the casino and some great restaurants and Clifton Hills is only about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The price of the hotel was also a great feature.
There is a small warning, if you book at this hotel you may want to ask for a newly renovated room. All the rooms are not renovated yet and management said they may not be all done until May 2012. Also, the rooms are a little small, but it was just right for two people.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a newly renovated room that's not facing the Embassy Suites hotel.
