The Tower was wonderful. The room had great decor and was extremely clean. The size was compact, but honestly, it was perfect for a short trip. One whole wall was windows. Additionally, the hotel was quiet and you rarely heard anyone else. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was easy access to many Niagara Attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My fiance & I decided to take a few days & vacation in Canada. He reserved a room in The Tower Hotel & I must say "wow". We wanted a Falls view room & that's what we got. We got assigned room 3012 the 3 nights we were there & you better hope you get that room cuz the view is just beyond breath taking. You can see everything from the coast of the Canadian side AND the American side, you have miles of land & sky to see & you can even see Buffalo, NY. Everything was so clean, so bright, so warm & welcoming. Our room was so clean & spotless it looked like it was just built & decorated. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. You never knew housekeeping ever came around cuz they were so quiet. The one valet - I never got his name - was just awesome & took an instant liking to us right away. He seen us coming & he'd run up to us with a big, warm "Hello!" as he asked out of curiosity what we were up to that day knowing that we were from out of town & there on vacation & he was so helpful with anything we asked about. I totally recommend coming here, it's totally worth it

We stayed 2 nights here for my birthday. I do a lot of researching before I buy or spend money on anything. This hotel seemed like the best bang for our buck and for what I wanted. The hotel was clean and modern, beautifully decorated. Lobby and rooms included! We asked for a Cityview room but when we opened the door to our room we had what the hotel called a partial view of the falls. Well that partial view made my trip. I could look at the falls all day and night. It was just gorgeous. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The young lady at the desk let me email the hotel coupons for attractions and printed them out for us! The valet was always willing to give us directions to place we wanted to go. Little things like that is what the hospitality and customer service is all about! There were fees like for your daily parking but every hotel I researched that was standard and the standard price as well. I must say we were very pleased and I have no complaints. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The Tower only has 40 rooms, so there is a very personal feel. The lobby is nice. The reception and valet service are very good. But the views!!! Jaw dropping view of the horseshoe, plus great views of the American Falls. On nights with fireworks, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, you get fantastic views of the fireworks, and are actually looking down on them. We would just sit on the bed and look out the window. And with the falls lit at night, the view is great 24/7. This is, of course, with a falls view room

The rooms themselves are quite nice. Not luxurious. Very adequate. There is a mini fridge, but no in room safe. The closet is free standing and rather small, but you probably won't stay long, so it is fine.
Overall, a wonderful experience!

Room Tip: Pay for the falls view. It is worth it.

We recently stayed at the Tower Hotel for 1 night. Because we are frequently in Niagara Falls, we chose a cityview room since we've seen the Falls numerous times. The hotel is the former Minolta Tower so it's unique in it's construction. When you walk in, there's a lobby on the right that's decorated in purple and silver - fabulous! The front desk is to the left with crystal chandeliers. It's very trendy in it's decor. We had a room on the 30th floor which is considered the penthouse, keeping in mind that there are only 4 floors of rooms. We took an elevator to the 29th floor and then had to change to a small, self-service elevator (you needed a key to operate it) to take us to the 30th floor. The room was small but very modern with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also small but tastefully decorated. The only downside - no full length mirror anywhere. Apart from that, this hotel was quite nice and based on the price, very reasonable compared to its neighbours. Close proximity to the Falls and the casino also is a plus.

Had a fabulous stay for 2 nights in room 2901. We had an amazing view of both falls (see photos) and we watched the Sunday night fireworks right from our room. The room was on the small size as was the bathroom but they were nicely decorated and very clean. There was a small fridge and microwave but no wall safe. Parking is offsite done by valet. We left the car and walked or took the bus. I would definitely recommend getting a falls view room. The hotel is rather small with only 12 rooms on each of 4 floors. In looking at the hotel layout, it seemed on our floor that 2901, 2902 and 2912 had the best views. The rooms to either side of those might not see both falls. It's worth the extra $$ to have the view! We had dinner at Marilyn's in the hotel. Delicious food with fantastic views. We also had breakfast at the cafe which was very good. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: For a great view of both falls, I would recommend 2901, 2902 or 2912 or the corresponding room on lo...

Amazing!
From the moment we stepped into the lobby.
We were pleasantly surprised by everything.
Then we opened the door to our room and we were
so wowed by the view. I have been to the falls many times
but i have not appreciated its beauty as i did from our room.
The staff was friendly and kind. We will stay there again to enjoy
the the clean modern cozy hotel.
Thank u for the amazing view.

Room Tip: ask for a room with the best view of the falls
