The Valet and the Front desk clerks where very friendly and helpful. But this is where it ended, upon entering the first elevator which goes only to the the29th floor, you had to enter a second elevator which seemed very unsafe to reach the second floor. There was no inside elevator door and you had to hold the button for the elevator to move up (very cumbersome in a tiny elevator that barely fits your family and luggage) Also the carpet was crinkled in many spots, and appeared to not have seen a vacuum in some time. The door into the room had to be forced open wide enough to accept the girth of your luggage bag. Once in, there was water staining on the ceiling, rusty brass fixtures in the bathroom, the bathroom was not very well kept, and I was nervous about barefeet on the floor, it was gross looking. There was no ammenties, like a coffee pot, the furniture had rips in it where stuffing was pertruding, the walls where unwashed and had greasy hand marks all over, and should be painted. the walls where slightly peeling and the desk was water marked from years of cups spilling and scratched through the finish. the tv was still the large tube style and stuck in a corner. No tub to be found, and nowhere to put a cot for the child. The bed coverings looked like they had seen better days and makes you question sleeping in the room, especially with the condition of rug, walls and ceilings and furniture. we were so tramatized by what we saw, that we left and booked in elsewhere and still had a great view of falls and great room experience for the same price.

Room Tip: ask to see the room before booking in.

I found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and the view was amazing. That's the nicest thing I can say. The room was tiny, needed a paint and a good cleaning. The penthouse elevator was really scary and I was unhappy about not having a bathtub or even a vanity sink. Other than the view there was nothing good about the room. The decor was dated and everything looked shabby. The furniture had rips in it and wasn't in good condition. For the price that they were charging I expected a lot more.....like a bathtub, a pool or even a little coffee pot in my room. I stayed here because of the great reviews and I honestly don't know how the hotel has such a good rating.

Great service. Valet parking, very efficient. Clean room. Spacious bathroom and tub. Beautiful room. Great views.

We were lucky to get a beautiful view of the American Falls and fireworks. Our room was one of the most spacious rooms ; we even had plenty of space for our baby's playpen. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious.
Our only disappointment was that we were not able to enjoy a meal in the beautiful restaurant as we didn't know that reservations were strongly encouraged. Also, the city is quite loud and we could hear the music at night as we were located directly downtown (not the hotel's fault).

I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with view of either the American or Canadian falls. Ask for one of their more spacio...

Me and my girlfriend shared a wonderful night in The Tower Hotel. We had a room on the city side but it was still a great view. Check in was very simple as the receptionists were very helpful and kind. The standout of the hotel for us though was the valet. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He recommended a very affordable and delicious restaurant as well as a couple sites that he thought we should definitely see. He even drew us up a map. He was there when we left for dinner (around 7 pm) and he was back the next morning around 9 am to bring our car around (which was very quick I'll add). He definitely made our weekend that much better and more memorable. Very pleased with our stay!

Room Tip: If a fallsview room is out of your budget, the cityview rooms are still very nice.

We stayed at the Tower Hotel for 4 nights for a vacation and it was great. Much better price than some other hotels, with a much better view. Close to all the great attractions in Niagara Falls (Canadian Side). It has a restaurant (we didn't eat there) on the 26th floor and a breakfast / coffee cafe in the lobby. It was easy to walk to evey attraction in the area with tons of restaurants very close by. Parking is $20 a day and we never used our car so I recommend you get a ride there from the airport and save the rental fee, parking fee and gas.

Room Tip: All rooms are great. 27th - 29th floors are where the rooms are and they all face the falls.

Pros:

LOVED the lobby and the common spaces in this hotel. They are decorated beautifully. The check in was a breeze, There are not a lot of rooms at hotel like some of the larger ones in this area so it makes getting your car fast very easy with the valet service. The location is very good. We bid on priceline so we got the standard "city view" room, there are fallsview rooms. The room was clean, very modern, the decor was also very nice. The room was very small compared to others in the area, but we only used it to sleep and shower so it didn't matter.

Cons:

The hotel wifi said it was connected to my android device but didn't work at all. It would of been helpful for looking up places to eat and local attractions.

All in all I would stay again. Next time I would book through the hotel and get a fallsview room!

Tip:

I stayed here with my mom and since we bid on this room we didn't know what we were getting. Beware, they only have one bed in each room. Not what I wanted when traveling with my mom but would be a great spot to come to again with my fiance!!

Amazing view! Fair price compared to other hotels with a view. Very close walk to everything including the falls and the fallsview casino! The valet guys were great (don't forget to tip). The Mediterranean restaurant in the hotel was delicious , definitely recommend it!
