The rooms were clean and the wi-fi worked well. The hotel is also steps away from all the attractions, so the location was good.
However, the service wasn't as good as it could have been. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. I had to go back to the front desk and get a new room assignment. Once in the new room, I noticed that there was no remote control. I would have called the front deks, but there was no phone in the room! Once again, I had to go to the front desk to tell them once again. They did send someone to give us a remote and connect a phone.
The last annoyance took place around 2 AM when someone kept knocking insisting that we had ordered a pizza when we didn't. Needless to say, it woke us up and disturbed our sleep.
At least the management tried to make things right when we were checking out by waiving the $5 parking fee. That was nice of them.
Overall, I would not stay here again but would spend a few more bucks and stay at a nicer hotel.More
