Great hotel. Asked for a upgrade since our room wasn't ready. ( we were early). We got one . no charge. Everything was great! We really like the complimentary breakfast. Parking is a issue. As guests we should have the option to park ourselves on the parking levels in the hotel.

I have stayed at several hotels in Niagara Falls and this hotel is the best that I have stayed in yet. You start by arriving at the lobby area, you are greeted by excellent stay providing valet parking. Reception at the front desk was also excellent. We did have reservations which made our check-in very fast. Our room was a suite. The room was extremely clean. We had a fantastic view of both the Canadian and U.S. falls. Washroom was exceptionally clean, lots of very good towels, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. Even though this was the Canadian spring break it was exceptionally quiet in the room. There is a Keg Restaurant on the 9th Floor. There is a view of both of the falls from this restaurant. The staff, service and food were excellent. Too bad the area was suffering from a recent snow storm and cold spell or we would have taken advantage of a walk to the Falls which are close proximity to this hotel. There is also a Casino next door.

Just got back from a 2-night stay (Friday, March 14-Sunday, March 15). Hotel was worth it. Would definitely consider going back and would recommend it. Thought it would be a lot crowded than it was, considering it was March Break.

Only complaint was the pool. Truly, if it were any colder, you could probably skate it on.

Enjoyed our stay.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

This hotel was idea for families. There is a Starbucks, TGI Friday's, and The Keg right inside the hotel.

In the room/suite there were two flat screen TV's in two separate rooms so the adults and kids could watch their own shows. Sleeps up to 6 people. Three sinks and the bathroom was set up in such a way that at least three people can get ready at the same time! It was very clean! The view of the horseshoe falls was amazing!

The pool was a little foggy and busy but it was ideal for kids because it was shallow all the way across. There were two hot tubs. No water slide and very few toys for the kids - my kids didn't get to use them.

The evening complementary snacks were chips, party mix, mini carrots, pickles, pretzels, dips and drinks. It was not overcrowded when we went.

The morning breakfast was a bit hectic. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated at around 9:30 am, yet she told us to simply walk ourselves to find a table. There was a lot of seating available in the Keg, so I am not so sure why they didn't allow us to just walk in and find a seat, there was no need for the long wait. The breakfast consists of the regular breakfast fair, omelet station, bacon, sausages, pancakes (which were undercooked), hash browns, French toast strips, toast, English muffins, etc. The pastry/muffin selection was lacking and tasteless. They also had a poor fruit selection, cereal, and yogurt. All different types of juices and hot beverages. It was fast and efficient, but not friendly.

The parking is expensive with it costing $35 per night for valet parking under ground and $25 per night for the shuttle parking. We opted for the under ground parking so we would have easy access to our car in case we forgot something. We had to wait almost 30 minutes in the morning for our car, so I would recommend you call ahead to ask them to bring up your car.

Overall we would highly recommend this hotel for families!

Room Tip: We were able to find a great last minute deal for a room with a view!

We had a family reunion, 6 families purchased wagjag travel overnight packages

We requested all rooms to be next to or near each other, which we got

We had many value add coupons and tickets in our package and able to use almost all of them - the room was practically complimentary after we used the credits provided in the package

Managers reception in the evening and Breakfast the next day were both excellent

We were already talking about our next visit and hoping the hotel will have another promotion

We stayed at the embassy suites for two nights for our first wedding anniversary. On arriving, we were offered an upgrade to the corner room with a better view, on a higher floor. Since we knew we were going to stay indoors most of the time, we took it. Best decision EVER!! We had a huge suite with two rooms, a jacuzzi and the best view one could ever have of the falls! Being a rounded corner suite, we had one entire wall and some of the adjacent wall made entirely of glass, and we could see both the falls in all its magnificence! The canadian falls, which is the bigger one, was right in front of us, and it really takes your breath away! Needless to say, we never really left the room...on day one, we put our sofa in front of the falls and drank champagne with the lights low and the fireplace on, then we relaxed in
the jacuzzi (which also has a view of the falls!) , went to the keg (inside the hotel), watched the falls change colors at night while we talked and laughed and drank some more, and redid all of this the next day! We never left the hotel. We never even used the second room although that too, had a view and plenty of sofas and a second tv! The view and the jacuzzi and the ultra soft beds just kept us in all day.

The only regret was ordering from papa luigis's. The ad sits on the table, and we thought if hilton thinks its good enough to recommend it, its good enough for us, right? Well, it is simply the worst tasting pizza we ever had! I mean, it was rubbery and tasted strongly of fennel seeds, so we had to pick those out from each meatball cos we were so hungry. It was overpriced and still we managed to eat two slices only and just threw out the rest! We have never had to throw out pizza before, and we didnt even want to take it back for the dogs! It was horrible. I really think they should stop recommending that place, cos its way below standards.

Well, apart from that, i think the hotel was great, and yes i will go again, and yesss i will take that room again!!
