Great views of the falls. We stayed there on a Sunday night and it was very busy but the service was great. Our room had a great view of both falls and was very clean and comfortable. The Keg Steakhouse and Bar Is a great place to eat in the hotel. They have a free breakfast and free drink with snacks in the evening. Both were very busy but the staff did a great job. Tip get to the breakfast early if the have bus trips staying there, just ask at check in and they will let you know. We will be going back sometime in the future.

Room tip: Corner suites are the best rooms for views of both falls

If I were to only review the room of this hotel, I would have given it a 5. We had a room on the 30th floor that looked like it had been newly renovated. Beautiful room, well kept with a gorgeous view of the horseshoe falls. But if I were to review the free buffet breakfast or the waiting time for an elevator, I would have given it a 1. The morning breakfast was mostly inedible. I am not fussy about most food and have had scrambled eggs and such many times. Surprised they could screw that up. The wait time for an elevator was at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes. I appreciate that they have hired people to speed up the elevator service, but more help is needed in this area. The parking for this hotel is an outrageous price of $70.00 and it is a fair walk to that parking lot.

Room tip: Try to get a room on the 30th floor. Rooms have been renovated.

We had two double queen mattresses in our room and both needed replacing. I spoke to front desk, but they were no help. We paid $$$$$ for our room as we had view of both falls. I have been to the Chiropractor several times since returning. My husband can sleep on a bag of potatoes, but he had problems with the wore out beds.

The breakfast was not anything great. I don’t think people should be able to save tables. They come in and save a table, go to buffet for 10 to 15 minutes while their table is empty, others are walking around with their food getting cold looking for a tables and hard time finding one because lot of empty saved tables. If 4 to 5 tables at one time are empty for 10 to 15 minutes and this happens from opening around 6:30 to 9:30 that’s a lot of time tables are sitting empty! I think breakfast would go much smoother if tables were not saved.

The location is excellent and the view from our room was fantastic. I think their beds need replacing more often or buy better quality mattresses especially for a 5 star hotel and the amount you pay for a room. One or two nights in this hotel could buy a new mattress. After I use my points with Hilton, I will consider using another hotel chain.

We reserved a Canadian/American fall view room. Upon arrival I was told we would only be able to see the edge of the falls and our room wasn’t ready and if I wanted a good view I’d need to pay an extra $110 per night and the room would be immediately available. I declined and then was offered the same upgrade for $60 per night. I declined that as well and explained we were on a tight budget and gave him a $20 tip. Well low and behold that got us the upgrade and room availability right away. I parked at the nearby casino to avoid the steep parking fees. Hotel was very nice, clean, and up to date. The breakfast was crazy busy each morning we went. My family was nearly trampled by rude Asians pushing their way to the front of the line while we were exiting the elevator. I’d stay here again tho.

For the amount we paid for this hotel, the experience was nothing more than mediocre. Breakfast was tasteless and busy at 7 am. Eggs had no flavor. Parking was very expensive, and we were not made aware of the price beforehand. Park at the casino - we only paid 15 dollars there in stead of 90. View of the falls was nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower did not feel clean - I wore crocs inside of it so my feet didn't have to touch the floor. I thought I would get more for my money paying 280 dollars for one night. I would not stay here again.
