I only stayed one night but I must say the owner rocks!!! The rooms have a small kitchenette with real glassware and cutlery, I thought that was cool. The rooms were pretty large and although a bit dated, very clean. Would return.

Parkway Court is located 3miles off the beaten track making it calm but boring. Rooms are decent size but very dated. The bed is more an wooden plate then a place to relax. Ok for a night at a low price but not a place to come back to.

I stayed at this motel the past weekend. It was full for the weekend, But a great place to stay. Breakfast was so good. Sara & Jolly went above and beyond. They had a BBQ and outdoor furniture for everyone to use. Also had a swing on side of Parlking lot, that I enjoyed. The was a slight burp with hot water, but was fixed right away. I would stay here again in a heart beat. I wanted to go see the fire works and was given a ride and picked up after. Thanks for all the extras

Room Tip: super karfe tv's

Stayed here this past weekend. I was optomistic it was upgraded, and cleaner. It was terrible. The bed was warped, the parking is absolete, (patio furniture clear in the middle of a parking spot). The best was the hotel was full. In the morning between 730-815 when we tried to take a shower, not so much. No HOT WATER! I called the front desk and they said, give a few minutes we are full lots of people. Seriously. The front desk then called back to say someone was coming out to assess the water tank. My husband had an appointment at 9am, so he shaved and left forgoing the shower. I on the other hand waited, at 915 with still no hot water did the bare minimum and also forewent the shower. I then checked out and said "how will you compensate?" and they said, someone was fixing the tank the water was on now. ABSOLUTELY clueless about customer service. There are WAY TOO many hotels in the area, do not even consider going here.

We felt like home because of excellent hospitality. We were happy with all the facilities. The rooms are spacious and decorated with good taste. It is a good hotel to stay if somebody is planning longer stay as it has a small surprise kitchenette. We had a variety of breakfast in the morning. The owners live in the same building complex and are very friendly. They are keen to help in all possible way e.g- driving to and from the Niagara falls for free and picking up/dropping off from bus/train station for a small price. There is good parking space. Hotel is only 5 minute drive to Falls. I was happy with the price too. Highly recommended.
