“Watch your wallet, but then it is a casino”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

Beta of the $25 credits for slots vouchers in the typical vacation package to Niagara Falls. The credit goes onto a card that requirks giving them your driver's license and email to activate. And watch the slots. The electronic slots are overly complicated. The vast majority are penny slots, but you can't bet a penny at a time on most, or at least the default settings don't allow penny plays, so the majority of the time you transfer x amount over to the machine and you end up with a balance that can't be played. So forget about losing only by chance.

The table games are frustrating because nowhere are the minimum bets specified in writing, and the tables are crowded enough, forget about asking the attendant. For example, it was very frustrating when we asked minimum chip value and was told $5/ chip, but he didn't bother to tell us the minimum bet was $15 for red/block or odd/even on roulette. We left the casino feeling completely ripped off, and really wondering how anyone thinks that experience is fun. Save the aggravation and just buy a subway sandwich for the homeless people on the street outside the casino. It will make you feel better, and there is a much better chance it is honest.

Overall rating, it is incredibly frustrating to obtain and to deal with the casino issued credit card and with figuring out the machines. The only nice thing about the casino is that it is a non-smoking establishment, but it is far from chance that they are very financially successful, as if house odds aren't good enough.

“Great views!”
Reviewed 16 November 2013

Nice enough as a Casino, but the grounds and viewing areas were even nicer! Used the casino and grounds to get to the incline railway, made it a very easy walk to the falls.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed 13 November 2013

We visited the casino to play the slots & just to walk around & sight see. Grounds are beautiful inside & out. Well maintained, resort is very clean. There are several stores in Fallsview for your shopping pleasure.

“Where are all the smokers?”
Reviewed 11 November 2013

One of the many wonderful surprises of Canada is how clean it is. The cleanliness spread into the casino where, unlike us in America, it is all non-smoking with a small smoking section. It was fun to use the slots, it seemed like the win ratio was better than any other casino I had played in, but I may have just gotten lucky. If you like to gamble, mosey on in, it's fun!
