“Great location, great value!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2012

This is the perfect location. Short 5 min walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill craziness, but far enough away not to hear it! The walk across the Rainbow Bridge to the USA is 5-10 minutes, too. Clean and well staffed and managed. Cheaper that Falls Views hotels, but seriously, you can see the falls within 2 minutes of stepping outside this hotel, so why pay double?
Ate at a great Italian Restaurant called "Mama Mia's" and had fabulous crepes next door at "Crepes Delicious". We did Skylon Tower, great view of the area,
Maid of the Mist- go early in the morning to avoid a line. David gave us that tip at the front desk and he was so right.
The movie Niagara's Fury-which was the least favorite part of the whole trip. It is part of the adventure pass so we went. Just dumb.
Good to see Falls from both sides. Great view from Canada. Closer walks on the decks in USA.
Fireworks over the Falls on Friday and Sunday nights.

We had a 2 night stay with the Niagara Parks program package. The check-in staff was very friendly. There were cookies on the front desk all day and the flavor changed during our visit! yum!

The pool was clean and the hot tub was pleasant. The breakfast was larger than Country Inns & Suites usually provides. Hot items included waffles (make your own), french toast and bacon (day 1), eggs and sausage (day 2).

The room and bathroom were clean. When we checked in there were vacuum marks on the couch. The room had a bit of a stale smell, but when we provided the on-line survey with the comment. The hotel manager emailed me that the carpet was sanitized due to our comment. I should have mentioned it at check-in and I am sure it would have been quickly resolved.

We would definitely return.

We visited Niagara Falls June 18-21. We chose to stay at the Country Inn and Suites based on the positive reviews that we read on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we felt we had made the right choice. David at the front desk was extremely warm and friendly. He provided us with plenty of suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. He was informative in giving directions, which were always accurate. The room was comfortable and the amenities were nice. Breakfast was good with a little variety each morning. We never had a problem finding a table. But with 2 teenagers in the group, we usually made it to breakfast slightly before it ended; so perhaps the big rush had already gone through. Every time we used the pool, we were the only ones there. All public areas of the hotel were always clean. All staff that we encountered were friendly. The only problem we had was the hallway noise and some noise coming from the room next door, but this is of no criticism of the hotel. We really liked the convenience of the location of the hotel....all within walking distance to major attractions.
For excursions/tours we did the Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, Whitewater Walk, Fury, ferris wheel, Whirlpool Jet Boat ride, and Cave on the Winds (NY side). We did the "Oh Canada Eh!" dinner show which was very entertaining and decent food as well. One of our favorite meals was at Montana's for delicious steaks, ribs and wings. David suggested we eat at the Pinnacle Restaurant (located in the Tower Hotel) for our first night meal (he even made a reservation for us). This was a beautiful restaurant which overlooked the Horseshoe Falls. Food was delicious but the views were the best part of the dining experience.
Overall we had a fabulous time while visiting Niagara Falls. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room Tip: Second floor room was easy to get to via steps from front desk area or elevator.

Short walk to the craziness of Clifton Hill and the beautiful falls, in a quiet place before that section of town. Clean rooms, nice to have breakfast included. Parking $8/day. Highly recommend for good value.

Stayed here for 5 nights in the summer. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast make this a great place to stay when you're at Niagara Falls! The location is wonderful, close to the "action" (Clifton Hill) but far enough away from it so it is quiet at night. I'd definitely stay here again!

I chose this hotel based on the reviews on Trip Advisor...I was originally going to book a hotel with a falls view but opted out at the last minute b/c I didnt want to spend ALL my money just on a hotel room!! I made the right choice!! This hotel was super clean, everyone was super friendly, breakfast was OK...not enough tables and chairs, pool was great, 5 minute walking distance to ALL attractions!!! Would definately stay here again!!

Stayed for 5 nights with my hubby at the end of June. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Clifton Hills area, the Falls and ALL the top attractions. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. We had a Jacuzzi Suite which was very nice. There was a fridge and microwave also in the room.

We were on the 5th floor, with a nice view. The only complaints I have are the ice machines are only on certain floors. So each day we had to go on another floor just to load up on ice. Also the bathroom was a little small, and the windows don't open so as to let some fresh air in. The room was a bit stuffy. My hubby likes to Work out everyday in the Gym, so he was very disappointed to discover they only had a room that had 1 treadmill and 1 Elliptical machine. Other than that, we had a pleasurable stay.

The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. They offered a couple of hot food items, like eggs, sausages, hash brown type potatoes,as well as pastries, bagels, muffins, oatmeal cereals, coffee and carious juices.
