We were there on a slow night and ordered from the menu, rather than the buffet which was not available that night. We ordered the "Dinner for Two" and were directed to help ourselves to the salad bar while the food was being prepared.
What arrived, courtesy of a very friendly server, was an enormous quantity of wonton soup, spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken balls, pork fried rice and moo goo guy pan sufficient to feed 4 rather than 2. I would not describe the food as great, but it was all quite tasty, mainstream Cantonese-Canadian fare, and good value for the price.
We took home 3 containers of food which we could not eat.
Apparently the Jade Garden has been a fixture in Niagara Falls for 50 years.
Worth a try, if for nothing more than the very friendly serving staff.
I would go again if we are in Niagara Falls and looking for a good deal on Candian-Chinese food.
