My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. Chris was exceedingly helpful recommending sites to see, wineries to visit and the best place in town to grab a pint. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well-appointed ensuite bathroom.
Almar House is located a few blocks from Queen Street, but we had no issues walking to and from. We also borrowed two of the B&B's bikes (free of charge) to tour nearby wineries - coupons to which were provided by Chris.
And the breakfast. My god, the breakfast. I say this without hyperbole, this was easily the best meal that we have over our entire vacation. Each morning we awoke to a delicious two-course breakfast with fresh coffee. If Chris could serve a dinner and a lunch we would have eaten at Almar for every meal.
