We really enjoyed staying at By the Vines. The house was bigger than we anticipated and it was great to have two bathrooms so that we could cut down our time to get ready to go out. We were only there for one night, but having a nice deck and BBQ would make longer stays a treat - you could spend more time at the house and really feel at home. I was impressed how clean it was and well kept. The beds were very comfortable (something that's most appreciated) and the pillows were good. Sometimes they're so hard, but the ones here are very nice. There's a little pool table downstairs, which my friends seemed to think was all kinds of fun! I thought the location was good value for the money.

My friends and I had a great weekend at By the Vines. The house was so clean! I have pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness and it definitely met my expectations. Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable! It was great to have the 2 bathrooms. Scott was very quick to reply to inquiries. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.
Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) spent an enjoyable time at By the Vines. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole house. The kitchen was well stocked with decent dishes, glasses, cutlery, supplies and small appliances. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. I liked the fact that the house wasn't cluttered with "things" so it was easy to keep tidy and enjoyable to relax. The thick towels were plentiful and the linens of decent quality.
The Market Barn across the street was very convenient. Although the house was on a busy street, there wasn't a traffic noise issue perhaps because we were there during March so the windows and doors were always closed.
There were no issues during our stay to contact the owner about.
Well done, Scott!

The location couldn't be better. Winery nest door. Grocery market across the road is well stocked. This means no more driving when you first arrive, everything is right there for the 1st night. Beds are comfortable. Lots of seating inside and out on the deck. A table lamp with LED light for reading in the living room, during the evening, is the only thing I would say I missed. I am partial to high ceilings, but the rooms all have big windows which make it light and bright.. There is a very large bottle that is almost full of corks from guests. This is an attractive and fun idea.

This is a very spacious, well-kept house right in the heart of wine country. Very clean, lots of bedrooms and very well furnished. Great place for a weekend or even for a longer stay. Been there in summer and winter and there is always plenty to do nearby.

Stayed as a group at this lovely home in February what a perfect place to stay right in the heart of the vineyards. The house is cozy with two master bedrooms fully stocked kitchen even has a coffee grinder!! Everything is provided from soap to linens to towels everything is great quality,
We spent a very good time (2 nights) in this cottage on Canadian Family day.
What we liked a lot is that this place not far away from historical center, restaurants and wineries. Quite place very clean.
We as a group of people rented it twice, once during summer season we took a bicycle tour going around the wineries, and this time of the year in winter we were going to Niagara falls for a day and then spent a day in Niagara on the Lake town.
