Aaron's Bed

Our stay was Nov. 2 - 3 and it was our second stay at this B & B. Once again we booked the one-bedroom with ensuite bathroom and it felt like coming home. This bedroom is a large with a couch, lovely comfortable queen bed and big windows overlooking the backyard.

Aaron's Bed is in a great location - close to everything. The day we arrived the weather was beautiful, sunny & warm. We requested an earlier breakfast at 8 am as we had an appointment in the area at 9 am and Hannah accommodated us very nicely with a hot breakfast and her home-made jams.

Room Tip: The Bedroom Suite is larger with a small ensuite bathroom with shower, the other bedroom is smaller...

I would never stay anywhere else while in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Private, sparkling clean room and bathroom, all the comforts one could need and gracious and kind host and hostess, This beautifully maintained B & B has been in business for 16 years and it is no wonder! I feel so lucky to have found it while surfing the internet! Scrumptious breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit. I enjoyed immensely the bike path across the street leading all the way to the waterfront. A quick bike to the center of town, Easy to find with its charming red sign. Knew it was the "right" place as soon as I got out of the car.

Room Tip: only two rooms, both lovely and comfortable

The very comfortable and clean room was doubled by the hospitality and courtesy of its owners, who are quite competent and always eager to guide the guests in choosing attractions and/or directions in the peaceful Niagara-on-the-Lake "wine land".
The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked, and we have enjoyed the discrete company and service of our hosting family, Rudy and Hannah, both charming people, making us to feel as honored guests. The B&B is located quite close to Niagara-on-the-Lake downtown and has such a peaceful and tempting backyard!

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Aaron's B & B. The location was perfect for visiting Niagara Falla, the wineries, and/or attending a performance at the Shaw Festival. We much preferred this quiet location rather than staying in town. Hannah and Rudy offer good advice for touring the region. Our Queen Room with en-suite bath was quiet, comfortable and very clean. A refrigerator was provided in the room as well.

Hannah prepared a hot, homemade breakfast each morning. One morning scrambled eggs and ham; the next, pancakes and sausages. Juice, coffee, local fruits, and homemade jams were also available.

Next time, we will rent bicycles as the trail into town or to the wineries is just across the street.

This place is a hidden gem. For the price you pay, you have a very clean room with a bed which is quite comfortable. The outside is yours to use for cocktails before you go out for supper.
The location of Aarons Bed, is a 5 minutes drive to downtown Niagara on the Lake, and
the wineries are all within 15 minutes, so there is no problem.
As for the breakfast that is included, all 3 mornings we ate there were fantastic. The food was great and very fresh. The morning peaches with the raspberries are out of this world.
Once you meet Hannah and Rudy, you'll understand why everything they offer is quality.
You feel at ease, and also very secure.
They give the ins and outs of their area that they know very well, and that they love so much.
We recommend this place to everyone who would like to enjoy the area, at a very good price with great hosts.
Thanks Hannah and Rudy.

Hannah and Rudy are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was delicious and very plentiful. The house was beautiful and spotless. The suite was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. A large person would have difficulty in the shower. Great location. Close to numerous wineries and about 2 kilometers to downtown. The price is good too. The only thing I didn't like was lack of internet access. There's a little donut shop down the street with free wi-fi or you can go to the library which is reasonably close too.
