Great hotel to stay, food was so good from their dining room. the rooms were nicely decorated and very spacious. staff here were really great. we went on the haunted ghost walk and that was a really nice way to learn some history of this small town and the buildings around town.
I would recommend that if you are headed to Niagara-on-the-Lake, you need yo book a room here.

Room Tip: Choose 3rd floor if u want quiet, especially when there are weddings going on

This is a very beautiful hotel with great rooms. The beds were super comfy and resturants were awesome , now they are fine dinning though. The property is well kept and has some good water views.Very clean and friendly staff , we found it close to the main strip only a short walk away and its a scenic one. Great area

My husband spent 3 wonderful nights at Queen's Landing Hotel 5-21 through 5-24. The room was beautiful (king bed, corner gas fireplace)and impeccably clean. I had told them we would be celebrating our 35th anniversary while there and they had a beautiful, long stemmed rose in the room each day. My husband and I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, very helpful and if we could have brought our bellman/valet, Sebastian, home with us we would have. A very personable, accommodating young man who had just started days before. Ashley and Amanda (*front desk personnel) were also on top of their game. We made the right choice when we chose to spend our special anniversary here. We had one dinner in Tiara - beautiful restaurant but be forewarned - very pricey. All in all, Queen's Landing is a great place!

Dear valued guest - I wanted to thank you for making Queen's Landing your first post here on TripAdvisor! We were so pleased to read that you truly enjoyed your time here with us. Sebastian is a new team member this season and he is already making quite a first impression on our guests. Thank you for your compliments on his service as well as the ladies on the front desk. I will be sure to pass along your praise to them!

Enjoy the summer ahead and please do come and visit us again soon!

Niagara River view room is a must. Premium King with a jet tub and the Romance package my husband requested made our " Anniversary Night very special. Avail yourself of all the amenities of their sister hotels with the free shuttle. Spas galore. All the staff at all the Vintage Hotels couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to come back on our next special occasion.

Stayed at the Queen's Landing this week overnight and the historical beauty isn't ageing well. It's time for a major renovation. In too many areas you could tell that it had been painted and repainted, and there was peeling and scuffs and chips and bangs. The small meeting room we were in looked very tired with many ceiling issues (water damage that had never been fixed), dusty webbed chandeliers, stained carpets etc. In the rooms it was much the same. They had redone the bathroom in the room and it was clear it was done with a total tear down - the result was pristine and gorgeous.
The food and drink were way below average. If you do choose to stay here, don't waste your money eating on site when when there are so many amazing spots in NOTL. The breakfast buffet was nothing more than your basic cheap hotel free breakfast. Our buffet lunch had salads that tasted like they came from a tub at Costco, and the hot items looked like muck. Most didn't even try them. The fruit and fresh salad veggies were all very good though. The bar area also needs some serious work - I think most people in wine country expect a good house wine and this was certainly not the case - the cab sav was sweet and cheap tasting. The martini's were pretty bad too. The highlight was the staff, all very friendly, accommodating and keen. All in all, you expect way more quality from the Queen's Landing, especially with the prices you pay. It did not deliver.

Hello Beth - I wanted to take the time to respond to your post here on TripAdvisor following your recent corporate stay. We take all customer feedback very seriously and work hard to make improvements in our offerings based on our guest's experiences and suggestions. We are disappointed that you felt our hotel is showing signs of aging when we have had a busy couple of years making lasting improvements to our guestrooms, meeting rooms, public areas, restaurant and pool and fitness area. Our engineering and housekeeping departments take a tremendous amount of pride in their work and receive compliments daily from our guests

In terms of our culinary offerings - we are proud to be in the top 5 restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake as voted by our guests here on TripAdvisor. All of our menu offers, including buffets, are created from fresh, local ingredients and prepared by a team of professionals in our extensive kitchen. We are sorry that you feel we are way below average - this is a surprise to us.

As with any and all feedback, I have shared your comments with our department heads in order to better serve guests in the future.

Sincerely,

Lily Kszan
