My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in a second floor premium courtyard room. The building is new and exquisite! Fits right into the historic charm of NOTL. Balcony, fireplace, king size bed, huge bathroom with 2 sinks and glass shower. Room is above the very popular hotel restaurant but you would never know it unless sitting outside on the balcony with its view of the restaurant's waterfall feature and individual fire pit tables. Enjoyed the wine bar with a knowledgeable server. Jeremy at check in was very helpful and supplied a great orientation to the property!

We will be back!

Room Tip: We loved the courtyard room

There is really nothing to complain about. Perfect location. Quiet. The room décor was ubiquitous beige - a bit boring. Could be anywhere in the world. However, everything is new, spotlessly clean. Gorgeous bathroom products. But at $485/ night, terrible value.

Room Tip: Some rooms have patios or balconies (not all)

We spent 5 nights in a 2 bed villa, and were really impressed by the quality of the apartment: incredibly well equipped, it felt more like a home than a hotel. Jeremy was fantastically helpful, and a lovely guy. We would highly recommend staying here.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The rooms were immaculate, well appointed and remarkably quiet. The property is in one of the best locations in the area within easy walking distance to the Shaw Festival theaters, restaurants, the Niagara River and Fort Niagara.

Service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful - offering to make restaurant recommendations and reservations, arrange for the hotel shuttle and anything else we might need.

Appointments such as terry-cloth robes, L'Occitane bath products, full kitchen employing high-end appliances and utensils were a real plus. An adjoining grocery store allowed us to prepare a few meals.

Some great casual restaurants had excellent food quality with service to match.

Our only concern was with the second floor suite - lacking a door to the open entry stair-well - posed a real or imagined safety concern for our two-year-old. The little guy enjoyed running up to the threshold over the stairs, screeching to a halt and scaring his grandparents! If you have a little one, consider a ground floor room.

We will stay here again.

Room Tip: A room overlooking Queen Street is great and the building construction mitigated all noise concerns.

We stayed at this hotel while in NOTL for the Shaw Festival. The rooms are new and fresh; the style would be sort of "West Elm". The room and bathroom were fairly small, but that didn't matter, since we spent little time in the room. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable with good linens----nice towels, too. Even though we were near the main street and above the restaurant, our room was very quiet. Window opened so that we could enjoy fresh air if we wanted. We were happy to have free WIFI. The location is excellent----1/2 block from the Royal George Theater, 1 block from the Courthouse Theater and less than 10 minute walk to the Festival Theater. Although there is no breakfast restaurant, free coffee is available in the lobby in the mornings. Starbucks is right there, and there are numerous options within a few blocks for breakfast, so that was not a problem. All of the employees we encountered were extremely pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I would recommend it.
