Friends wedding was at Queens Landing. Stayed the night here as I was trying to save a few dollars. It was the first B&B I stayed in but it by far exceeded my expectations.

It's about 5-10 minutes from Queens Landing. But the rooms were actually better than the ones at Queens Landing for significantly less.

The owner Doug was very friendly and is available via phone pretty much any time. Use to work in the military and is a volunteer fire fighter so if you get bored he has many stories he can tell you. Unfortunately I did not get to meet his wife as she was away for the weekend.

There is access to fitness facilities across the street.

Place is kept very clean and has a lot of homely touches and then some. For instance free long distance calling in North America, a mock fireplace in the room and a steam shower.

Home cooked breakfast was as good if not better than what you would get in a restaurant.

Great value. On par with a 5 star hotel but for less money. I highly recommend.

The Weatherpine in the finest B&B that we have stayed in. We were welcome, comfortable and helped with all of our requests, including the need to eat gluten free. The gluten free food was as excellent as the meals to served to the other guests. (Not an easy accomplishment!) We have stayed there 4 times and each stay was equally great. You will not be disappointed!!

Room Tip: All good! All rooms have private entrances and private outdoor relaxing seating.

We stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary in November of 2013. Picked it mainly because of the guest reviews on TA. And we weren't disappointed! Sometimes, a pleasant stay really is just about the simple things and this place has that part covered. From free pop and juice in your own fridge, to the steam shower, a fireplace, to a great breakfast, to being within walking distance of the downtown, to a handy tip sheet - there were plenty of extras provided. One suggestion for improvement would be to change the security codes on the doors after each stay.

We had dinner plans across the street at The Cannery (located in the Pillar and Post hotel) and when we mentioned this to Phyllis she gladly provided us with a coupon for free dessert.

The breakfast was great and it was nice to hear the other guests experiences in N-O-T-L. Phyllis and Doug have lots of experience and are very connected to the community and had lots of insight. They've done a great job with the Inn and have done a lot of work to make N-O-T-L a great place to visit.

We would stay again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Garden Room which was great. All the rooms seemed nice though, so I wouldn't he...

We've kept returning to the WeatherPine Inn for the past 10 years or so (this is our second review). It just feels right, like you're a part of the Niagara lifestyle. Board and batten exterior with two storey, wrap-around verandah. Period room decor but in a modern, draft-free building. The iconic Pillar and Post is across the street and horse drawn carriages frequently pass by. Ten minutes is all it takes to walk to downtown and a longer, meandering stroll takes you through the old town neighbourhood. Doug and Phyllis are wonderful hosts and Phyllis serves a variety of tasty breakfasts (this trip her French Toast was the best I've ever had and, of course, it's accompanied by REAL maple syrup). Each room has its own separate entrance and bathroom. We stayed in the Harvest Room and slept like logs in the comfortable bed. More than sufficient space is available for clothes (closet and dresser) and toiletries in the full bathroom vanity (and more than enough towels). There's a compact fridge, coffee maker, compact flat screen TV, wine glasses & corkscrew (of course) and winery and local attraction recommendations from the Johnsons. We really feel at home here and there's truly not a better place to stay in Niagara.

Room Tip: The Harvest Room is on the first floor. The Garden Room is on ground level as well (larger and sepa...

The Inn is charming, as described on TA and the hosts could not be more adorable and helpful. Doug helps with directions, which road to take, which winery to visit etc… and Phyllis cooks a delicious breakfast, quite large, and has the most charming personality.
We were there for 2 nights, they gave us 2 great restaurant recommendations and we walked in the snow under a beautiful moon for the first one in this( sleepy in the winter) little charming town, and for the second, we just went across the street, walking in the snow again, I loved it!
They helped us with shoppping informations, always helpful, never intrusive.
We would love to come back, it was my brother and his wife first time in Canada, and the Falls are only 20mn away. It beats all the hoopla at Niagara Falls, its just the opposite, quaint and authentic!

for New Years my husband surprised me with a little get away to Niagara on the Lake.
Neither of us had been there before so we were so looking forward to our little romantic New year Get away.
We stayed at WeatherPine Inn for 1 night.
Our hosts Phyllis and Doug were absolutely wonderful !!
Our room was tastefully decorated, and very clean.
They served a wonderful breakfast in the morning as we relaxed and talked to the other guest and to Doug and Phyllis.
I am sure that we will be returning in the future to visit our new friends.
