We recently were guest at The Georgiana Inn. We have stayed in many B&B’S and The Georgiana certainly is our favorite. Bobby and Kate are absolutely the most charming Inn Keepers. The rooms are beautifully decorated, immaculate and has everything you would ever need. The breakfasts are three courses and totally gourmet. It is perfectly located at the charming Niagara on the Lake. I totally recommend The Georgiana Inn and yes we will return.

We recently stayed 2 nights at this wonderful B&B in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. It far exceeded our expectations. Kate and Bobby, the Innkeepers, were delightful and have built a charming facility. We stayed in a two room suite complete with wood burning fireplace and coffee and tea making. The decor is sumptuous. The breakfasts were out of this world. Only a block from the charming downtown, the Georgian Residence provided a wonderful home for us. We recommend it highly.

best b and b ever..Kate and Bobby were lovely, the room immaculate, the breakfasts superb. More than we could ask for. Just go, you wont be disappointed, close to everything and perfect in every way. We wanted to come early because we had tickets to the theater that night, and they even met us at the time we needed. The main street is 2 short blocks away, the theater down the block to the right...etc. We had heard from others here how great this was so we had to see for ourselves...the breakfasts are so incredible that you have to try it...i gained 3 pounds in two days. Delicious.

From the moment we arrived, Kate and Bobby were warm, friendly, courteous and above all exemplary innkeepers offering friendly hospitality but privacy and respect. We had never stayed at a true Bed and Breakfast and The Georgian won us over. However, we now must measure all B&B's by this supreme experience. The home is pristine and beautiful with turn of the century furnishings, art and architecture; the suites spacious, romantic and luxurious. In spite of being a 3-suite B&B you feel that you have ultimate privacy and the freedom to exist as you would in any large hotel. Yet at the same time, The Georgian welcomes you "home" after a long day of sight-seeing. All of our needs were met and exceeded in our room: bathroom amenities, 5-star bedding, ready-to-light fireplace, dressing room with plenty of space for belongings, wifi and television / media resources. The room was swiftly tended to each day and bedding was even completely replaced with lovely blankets, comforters and quilts. Honestly, I cannot even imagine where they were purchased as we have yet to experience such fine linens. So let's move on to the breakfast experience.... We were greeted each morning with fresh orange juice, hot coffee and a 3-course meal that no local restaurant could have matched. From eggs hollandaise to fresh baked muffins, tarts, fruit, prosciutto, charcuterie and eggs in pot de creme, the food was outstanding. Kate went to painstaking effort to accommodate the lengthy list of food allergies and intolerances of our entire group. All the while, pleasant and sweet in doing so. Here is the only thing I would change about our stay... Kate and Bobby were so engaging and we were certain had a long list of entertaining tales, that we wished they would have joined us for breakfast! Next time, we hope they will be available for an evening cocktail out by the pool so we could hear more stories about their life in both Scotland and NOTL. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay!

Room Tip: You cannot go wrong with any of the 3 suites. Each offers its own individual touch. We stayed in the Hemmingway and would highly recommend it. We loved the layout and the elegant bathroom. The Venetian offers a slightly larger sitting room but different layout, the Eckersley offers a private deck. Close your eyes and pick and you will pleased no matter which suite is yours.

As soon as we walked into the house, we were completely taken by the character of the place. Beautiful victorian decor - every room had a unique look and feel. It felt truly magical. We spent the evening in the gazebo by the pool, soaking in the night air as we listened to the horse carriages go by. Later on, we went up to our room where we sat drinking drambuie by our own fireplace. It was a very relaxing and romantic evening. Kate and Bobby were incredible hosts. In the morning, they served a decadent breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs florentine and homemade butter tart. Delicious! We will definitely be back and have already highly recommended it to many of our friends and family.
