A little far from all the action, but a 5-10 minute walk away. Our room had such a noisey AC or fan unit outside that it was difficult to sleep and we had a suite, so not quite the sleep we had paid for. The breakfast was mediocre, everything was cold including the waffles.
The pool & spa are quite nice - but do not get the chakra balancing massage as it was all 'blalncing' and no 'massage'.
Staff are beyond friendly and helpful and the cookies on check in are a nice touch.

I am quite certain you have the wrong hotel as we do not offer massages at our hotel, and we also have a make your own waffle station, so they should come out nice and hot!
But we would love you for you to come and stay with us if you are in the area next time, i am sure your stay will be more then pleasant with us!

The hotel and staff kept the parking lot clear and accessable during the entire stay of 3 days. Winter stays are priced much better then summer stays, so if your travel pans are flexable or include winter sports, this is the place to stay. Their mattress are slow to adjust to new settings.

Here at the Hilton Garden Inn we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and that means making sure every guest a pleasant stay i am grateful for your appreciation about keeping our roads and parking lot clear at all times, we know how rough the snow can be!
Also, if you would send your confirmation number to us we would love to check the bed out to make sure the bed is up to code! You can also ask the front desk agents at anytime for a demonstration of how our beds work, they can be tricky but worth it if done correctly!

great location close to Niagra College and QEW Nice hotel but the beds are way to hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel is verry nice great lobby pool etc . Not to much close by in terms of restaurant etc.

I am sorry if you were not made aware of any of the local restaurants, we are actually right down the street from some of the best and most popular restaurants in town! including, Kelsey's, the keg, Asian legend, Swiss chalet, Boston pizza and many more including the local mall! please ask our front desk agents at any time for directions or recommendations!
Also i am very sorry about your experience with our beds, they are actually quite great they are just a little tricky to figure out since they are adjustable, please ask our front desk staff at anytime to explain them to you on your next stay, hopefully with these pointers your next stay will be an excellent one!

Persist on getting good service on arrival. We did not stay there long enough as we were touring niagara on the lake all weekend, but when we were at the hotel primarily for rest and breakfast issues become acutely noticeable.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, lovely clean welcoming appearance and great location with ease of entry and egress. The restaurant was very clean and the food was lovely. My daughter stated to the chef that she really enjoyed a particular dish and the chef went so far as to tell her how to make the dish--that was just really nice and warm. I don't quite know why the review has to be a minimum of 200 characters but I will try my best. There were five of us in 2 rooms and the accommodations were lovely and clean and we had adjoining rooms which was quite pleasant. I would return and stay at this hotel again and after asking the others they said the same thing. Two of the group used the swimming pool and the hot tub and really enjoyed them as it was so very cold outside and to warm up and relax really helped. We attended the ice-wine festival in Niagara-On-The-Lake in the afternoon and was pleased that it took only 10 minutes to get there and the same to return. We were booked for the Ice Wine Dinner at Pellier Estates Winnery and again was very close. On leaving the next day we pulled out of the hotel driveway and through the lights and right onto the QEW to head for home and although out rooms looked right over at the highway we experienced no noise or bother with it. Again we would all recommend this hotel to others and will have the opportunity to stay here again as we are frequent visitors to the area.
