“Convenient, clean, friendly, welcoming”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

The title says it all - it is convenient to the highways as well as to Niagara-On-The-Lake and Niagara Falls. It was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. The front desk staff was always ready to help, and the housekeeping staff was just as friendly and helpful. The fitness room has everything it needs, including towels and a water cooler. Everyone made us feel like this was really our "home away from home" while we were on vacation.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the "even" side as they look out over the back garden area

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everything was perfect from day one. Our flight was delayed and we did not check in until 1:00 A.M. but they were so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were large, beds were so comfortable and our view was great. We looked out our window to their garden behind the hotel. One day I actually feel asleep on the outdoor sofa it was so comfortable and relaxing! We ate breakfast in the restaurant the first day and it was my favorite of the trip. Their suggestions as to where to eat and visit were great. The lobby was so accommodating that at night we would take our pastries from the town and make coffee and enjoy sitting and eating our dessert. It was conveniently located to everything. Niagara Falls Canada, Niagara on the Lake, Wineries, orchards and to the Buffalo Airport. Never more than a 15 to 20 minutes drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 208 and 422. Both were good

This was a great hotel experience. The hotel is conveniently located between Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. The room was very clean and spacious and handy to a main highway without the associated noises.A great experience from check-in to check-out.Definite value for money paid. When we take our next weekend getaway to Niagara we will stay here and take the short commute to the various attractions.

We left for a last minute trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake, and we were pleasantly received by the Hilton Garden Inn staff. Great central place to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Minutes from the Old Town and wineries. Very clean, modern, well designed and great service. We will definitely return. The food is all freshly made at the hotel and staff are quite pleasant. Only reason they were not given a 5 star rating was because there is no outdoor pool and the chlorine in the indoor pool was very strong.

Came down to Niagara to watch our grandson, who was competing in a baseball tournament. We booked at the last minute on Hilton points, and got a great room. The staff were great, and the breakfast was well worth the price, we didn't even need lunch!

Room Tip: We stay at Hilton chain hotels whenever we can. We have a profile with them that calls for upper flo...

Although it is a very nice hotel it is not in Niagara on the Lake which was a real surprise to us and I have to say a disappointment as it turned out to be a 15-20 minute drive to the town and we were on what appeared to be an industrial estate roundabout so we felt rather marooned there.
The hotel itself was very nice, friendly and helpful staff and adequate rooms. Nice little pool ok for children but not for anyone who wants to actually swim for exercise.
There are some sunbeds outside in the garden area beside the pool so that is nice too.
The menu although limited was ok and the quality of the food was reasonable, breakfast is good if you are early but if you sleep in a bit we found most of it had gone!
It is good for going to Niagara Falls though as it is a direct road and easy to find the way.
Make the effort to go to Niagara on the Lake it is lovely there.

Room Tip: no views so all rooms would be about the same

We took a family vacation to see Niagra Falls but opted not to stay near the falls. This hotel was perfect! We knew we were about 15 minutes from the falls but did not realize we were also 15 minutes from the lovely little town of Niagara on the Lake. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The printer in the business center was not working and the front desk agent was very helpful in printing up tickets for us. We did not eat in the hotel however they seemed busy for breakfast. The grounds are nicely landscaped and they have a small outdoor area with tables and chairs to relax. The hotel is located right off the interstate which was extremely convenient. The new outlet center was very close and if you are a wine lover this is the place to be. The area is rich with vinyards.
