Our group of 8 women spent 3 nights at The Brancliff Inn last weekend. We all felt it was the perfect place for our group. With the King beds put into singles it allowed all of us to have our own bed which was perfect! The sitting rooms in the suites allowed us place to all gather, visit and chat and of course the fridges were great to store the all important wine and snacks. With the location so close to the main street we didn't take our cars out all weekend as we were able to walk to shops, theatre, restaurants and Fort George. Debbie was very accommodating by setting up the dining room so we could all sit together for the wonderful breakfasts. Not only that but when she found out we were celebrating joint birthdays she provided us with 2 bottles of wine. A very fine host indeed! The whole Inn is charming with beautifully decorated rooms, large, spa-like bathrooms and wonderful beds with lovely sheets. I will definitely recommend Brancliff to friends and would like to return with my husband!

We originally had booked for 2 nights at the Brancliff Inn but ended up booking a third as we found it very hard to leave. Gracious hosts, great rooms, comfy beds, wonderful breakfasts, and the fantastic location all combined to make our visit to NOTL something to remember forever. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Brancliff Inn, they were extremely friendly, helpful and the inn is so amazing. We rented three rooms, which were all so unique and extremely clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the small livingroom had a cosy fireplace. The breakfast they served was the best one I have ever had at any B & B. The location was great as well, as you could walk to the Main Street and shops. I would definitely come back again!!

On a recent wine-tasting and touring trip down to Niagara on the Lake, we had a chance to stay for a night at the Brancliff Inn. It is an absolute understatement for me to say how pleasantly surprised we were, even with all of the positive reviews we had seen. A beautiful home, with charming, romantic and well appointed rooms. Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful and accommodating, while breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well. A short walk to the shops and restaurants on Queen St as well. All inn all an absolutely wonderful experience, and we will most certainly be returning for our next visit.

Everything at the BranCliff Inn is gentle to your senses. The light streams through stained glass and long elegant windows, into rooms that are beautifully appointed in modern comfort. The bathrooms feel spa-like. The breakfast service is absolutely appealing to the eye and to the tastebuds. Every touch, from the lovely linens to the Arts and Crafts style lamps to the treats on the hall table, has been carefully chosen for harmony and relaxation. Debbie, our host, was excellent: good-humoured, unpretentious and helpful. The gardens surrounding the Inn beg to be enjoyed with a cup of mid-morning coffee. The BranCliff has been immaculately repurposed from an historic 19th century school building and is in the best Inn tradition: a lovely spot where the traveller can rejuvenate. We intend to return often.

What a beautiful place! Four of us hit Niagara on the Lake for a wine tasting weekend and found the Brancliff in to be just perfect for us - lovely decor. It's "quaint" in the way most of us want in a B&B. They are set up to allow a King bed to be split into twins (we normally have trouble getting twin beds, especially in B&B's), and their double sofabed was very comfortable. We had two rooms (3 in one, 1 in the other), and both were spacious with a nice comfortable sitting area. Location is perfect - it's on a quiet street just one block over from the main street - a 3 minute walk, and you're at your first shop. Simply could not be easier to get around. They have parking, so no hassle there either. Debbie was just lovely - very helpful to us both ahead of our trip by recommending a wine tour and local restaurant recommendations, and during our trip with the fab "breakfast" part of our B&B experience. The food was really good - we left wanting the recipe for her potato dish - yum! We plan to do another wine weekend next year (so many wineries, so little time!) and will definitely book ourselves in at Brancliff again.

Stayed for two nights this past weekend in Allison's Room for a girls' wine weekend. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. One short block from the main road, Queen Street, where all the shops are located, and another block or two to the Lake. The drive to Niagara Falls was a short 30 minutes Debbie, the innkeeper was lovely. She helped with restaurant recommendations and our guided wine tour. Breakfast each morning was spectacular--a wide assortment of everything--including yummy homemade pastry treats!
