Once again the stay at the Brancliff was exceptional. It was quiet and clean and the breakfast was served hot and was delicious. The owner was very friendly and helpful and just made our stay as enjoyable as last time. The location is great also, close to the shops and wine tours. Thank you Brancliff for making our second anniversary as memorable as our honeymoon. We will be back.

My husband's and my first visit to Niagara on the Lake. We love B&B's so were really pleased with the BranCliff Inn. The location is perfect! We arrived early and just stopped by to see if we could park our car until check in time. Debbie was so accommodating she said our room was ready & allowed us to check in early. We stayed four nights. The breakfasts were amazing, buffet style...Debbie is an excellent cook and there was always a hot egg and meat dish, hot pancake or french toast dish, European style breakfast with meats and cheeses, fresh breads, danish and bagels (two or three mornings lox was available). Fresh fruit and juices. Usually I'm not a buffet fan but this was done better than any I've experienced, and so many choices all wonderful. We stayed in the Seaman Pengelly Suite and enjoyed the loft bedroom. The living room had a vaulted ceiling, was bright and had comfortable furniture. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and snack bars were available. (Some guests may want to choose another room if uncomfortable going downstairs at night to use the bathroom, nightlights well placed.) The bathroom always had plenty of towels and washcloths. We were able to walk to all areas of downtown and enjoy the great restaurants and shops. There were festivals occurring while we were visiting which was an added bonus. We had brought our bikes so rode the bike trails each morning. Attended two plays during our stay. Debbie was so helpful in getting us directions to a special winery we wanted to drive to, she printed off directions while we were enjoying breakfast. Lots of wonderful wineries to visit!! When we return to NOTL we will definitely stay at the Brancliff Inn.

Just returned from staying at the Brancliff Inn. Very nice Inn. Quiet, beautiful décor and gardens. Debbie the innkeeper was AWESOME, and helped us make shift some cufflinks when ours came up missing in the luggage! Breakfast was amazing! Can't wait to go back for another visit. You can't go wrong guaranteed!

I have been staying here for many years, first as Allison house and now as BranCliff Inn. The location is great and convenient to walk to anything in town, either shopping, dining or the Shaw Festival. I have stayed in 3 of the loft style bedrooms and they are all beautifully decorated. In the past 2 years Debbie & Mark have added some nice extra touches, like the big screen TV and Keurig machine making it a nice home away from home. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a large selection of cold and hot food. I look forward to my next stay!

Our group stayed at BranCliff for three nights while attending the Shaw Theater Festival. The breakfasts were superb, with great variety of meats, a plethora of fresh fruits, and mouth-watering jams. Owners Debbie and Mark were fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Shaw Festival and local restaurants. Bathrooms were spacious, sparkling clean, with strong water pressure for taking showers and flushing toilets. The gardens were gorgeous and inviting for quiet reading. We'll return next year--for sure!

Room Tip: Our room's view of the garden added pleasure to our morning wakeups.
