Owner description: This 10-meter-high monument is dedicated to the preservation of human rights around the world.

It's not a bad piece of sculpture and has some interesting geometry. But one would think a monument to human rights should be more impressive. Also, it should be on the grounds of Parliament Hill. But instead it just sits tucked away on Elgin Street on the old side of the city hall.
