Heard about Mama's for years and finally took the plunge. I dined with a group of about 14 from work on a Tues night. While the table arrangement for us was cobbled together and quite cramped, the service was excellent and the food was pretty good for the price, but I agree that the facility is getting tired looking and in need of a reno--lots of great years of patronage is apparent. I would definitely recommend for business-related dinners such as ours was.
