I went on a Sunday evening with family members. The restaurant did not seem that busy. The waitress came relatively quickly but took forever to return when we asked for a bar/drink menu. Bar drinks, appetizers, and dinner were ordered at the same time. Drinks and appetizers arrived after an acceptable wait. We kept waiting for the salad and rolls as the appetizer dishes were cleared but had our entrees arrive first. We had to ask about the salad and rolls and were told the kitchen had finished the entrees too quickly. In my opinion, the rolls and salad could have been brought out while we were finishing the appetizers. (They were brought out AFTER we had finished the entrees). The portion sizes of the Chicken Oscar were very large. Steaks were appropriately sized. I personally DO NOT consider two small pieces of grilled bell pepper and 3 small deep-fried onion rings as a serving of vegetables but, obviously the chefs at North 82 do. We asked for containers for our leftovers and, rather than remove the dishes and put them in containers for us (as had been done on all previous visits), our server brought us a stack of clear plastic containers so we could do it ourselves. Problem #1: There were 4 of us at a 4-person square table with very little room to maneuver dinner plates, salad plates, drink glasses, condiments, bread basket and the containers. (Mine almost ended up in my lap!) Problem #2: The containers she brought us are suitable for salads, cold sandwiches, desserts but not for heavier items like the chicken and mashed potatoes. (Table next to us had their leftovers packed away from the table in an appropriate Styrofoam container.) Additionally, my leftovers had to travel in a cooler for 800 miles so I had to purchase suitable storage containers at the dollar store.
Recap: food was delicious with generous portions but service left a lot to be desired
