“Family camp ground; safe comfortable and always fun!!”
Reviewed 3 March 2014

Been going since i was a child and its still the same old great place, but like I said the same. Every year the summer camp ground has the same activities, maybe they could change it up.? Other than that its always clean, friendly, safe, and full of fresh air........... IF you don`t sit to close to the fire. :P

“Great Place for Nature Lovers”
Reviewed 10 December 2013

Sleeping Giant Provincial Park has something for all types of nature lovers. I have been visiting this park a couple of times a year since I was a small child and have not yet seen the entire park. It has everything from warm water beaches (in July and August), easy walking trails to scenic points of interest, difficult walking trails to breath taking views, drive up to a lookout, full hookup RV camping or secluded tent camping. If you like the outdoors, you will love this park

“The Sea Lion”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

We have a cottage at Silver Islet which is at the tip of Sibley Peninsula. We have taken our children, grand-children and this year - great grandchildren - to visit the Sea Lion which is one of the oldest rock formations in Canada...... just amazing.

“Peace and quiet for nature lovers”
Reviewed 4 October 2013

If you love nature, hiking, trees, wind, water and silence, this is definitely a hike you should consider. We did four trails, the shortest, wasn't too good, but the others were just beautiful.

Don't miss the look out! However don't go to the end of the lookout if you have vertigo!

“Great stay”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

We camped for 9 nights lakeside at Marie Louise Lake. This is a nice park with lots of trails for all abilities. I would definitely pay the extra for the lakeside site for the space and the view. Campsites are roomy and private on the sides. The only downside to the camping was the electrical service is a long way - you can borrow extension cords from the park, but we also needed our own.The ducks come by regularly and even walk up into the campsite, which we found entertaining. The park is a long way off the highway and the nearest service is Thunder Bay, so gas up there if you are coming from the west. The road to the park is gravel and dusty but good enough. We would definitely go back
