Owner description: Often compared to New York City's Soho, Queen Street is the place to go for trendy dining and nightlife, plus cutting-edge fashion, art galleries, antique shops and bookstores.

Queen Street is a marvelous place to shop, dine, stroll, people watch and just enjoy the day. The street cars make it easy to travel from spot to spot. Some beautiful parks along the way and so very much to see. Our favorite stop was Clafouti's across from Trinity Bellwnoods Park. Marvelous Croissants and Coffee in a Parisian atmosphere. Go to the park and watch for the albino squirrels. You can't beat Queen Street for making a grand day of fun.

Queen Street is so diverse a street from Queen West all the way through to Queen Street East in the beaches area.

Popped by for a wander and a bit of early morning shopping on a Saturday. Most things however were closed and there weren't many people around. Interesting mix of mainly independent shops, and some graffiti.

There is varied scenery throughout this street. Lovely shops, graffiti'd walls. It's a nice way to spend a sunny afternoon though.

Queen street is such a long street, its personality changes radically along its full length, and I am referring to the Queen West part in this review.

Its fun, lively, stacked with interesting shops, parks, murals, bars, galleries, cupcake shops (what is it with all these cupcake shops?!) the lot. The district is close enough to Downtown to walk in, but the tram also runs along it to make life a little easier if needed.

Take your time, dip in & out of a few curio shops, enjoy the laid back vibe, and enjoy.
