As stated in earlier posts our tour guide could not be understood. Everyone was complaining on our trip and going to complain; he was certainly not informative nor flexible. We couldn't even understand where he was going to meet us at Niagara Falls! . Before we went I had emailed to say I had read some poor reviews about 2 tour guides on trip advisor and I was concerned who we would have and how a guide makes the tour as you want to hear indormation about all the places visited. I had no reply.
Af the end of our tour we were asked to give feedback (and it says feedback welcome on the website) but once again no reply to any emails. The only time they reply is when you book.
So I would not recommend this company, poor tour guide and extremely poor customer service. Go with someone else.!
