I didn't like the look of the room. I think should be upgrade it. The carpet it was old. The service was excellent, convenient location, staff people are very friendly. It was perfect for a romantic weekend. We celebrate our first anniversary and they surprise us with champagne and strawberries with chocolate. It was very nice!

I was responsible for organizing a Board Meeting at this hotel for my Company, all the Members are from the USA. So for some of them it was their first visit to Toronto and I needed to leave a very good impression for them.
I dealt with many individuals through the process of planning this event, I booked guest rooms, Meeting room and catering for 18 persons.
All personnel at the hotel understands the Customer Service Satisfaction factor and they worked really hard to guarantee that my meeting is perfect.
Efficiency is the word here, and the great service provided was noticed by all our guests, who enjoyed very much their stay and time.
The food for the Catering was perfect as well as some of our guests ordered room service.
Prices are reasonable and fair (we had group rates for everything) since it is a luxury Toronto Down Town hotel, everyone knows that Toronto is an expensive city and specially down town, so unless you decided to book in advance don't expect to find low rates for the area.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and well maintained.

I do recommend this hotel for business or even leisure, very convenient as location if you like busy down town cities, service is wonderful. There are restaurants around the hotel.

There is valet parking at the hotel for $ 45.00 / night.

Thanks to Omni King Edward.

Beautiful, stately hotel. A Grand Dame of Toronto, recently renovated and updated without losing its traditional charm.

Great location. Walking distance to key downtown attractions and restaurants (St Lawrence Market, theatre district, shopping, galleries, many food options)

Comfortable beds. Attentive service. In particular, our 6-year old granddaughter stayed over with us one night and the hotel brought in a roll-away bed and special linens for her, which she loved.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. We were in awe from the moment we walked in. The lobby is beautiful, the staff is very friendly (including a check in call to make sure we were happy with our upgraded room). The decor of the newly renovated rooms is very chic. We really enjoyed the suite and having a separate living room and closed off bedroom. The bedroom seemed a little small at first compared to the living room, but it made it feel cozy and inviting. We were told the bed was a King, but it seemed more like a Queen.

We enjoyed that the hotel was centrally located, with subway stops nearby, and a short walk to Union Station, Rogers Centre and the CN Tower.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade to a renovated room.

We absolutely loved that hotel! We got there after a day outside in nature, dressed in what seemed to me a very inappropriate way for a luxurious hotel - shorts, tank tops, dirty sneakers - so I was afraid the service would go accordingly, if they judged us by our looks of the moment, but not at all. The staff was definitely welcoming and respectful and I was treated the same way I would have been dressed in my usual dressy work clothes.

Service was awesome. They even called the room about 30 minutes after our arrival, to make sure we were satisfied. Room was luxurious and confortable. Very large. Comfy bed. Awesome bathroom, although quite small. Great coffeemaker. Valet parking man understood I couldn't afford the valet parking and directed me to another underground parking lot, which I thought was very nice.

Overall experience: quite expensive, but at least we got our money's worth. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a little treat on their vacation.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Front desk very efficient. The upgrade to a suite was fantastic. The front door staff the best I've ever experienced. All the little things (including the milk and cookies) made us feel very special
