Customer service wasn't very helpful with anything. The room was actually a bit cold and it although there was a thermostat the room didn't appear to ever get warmer than 23 deg C.

They also market "Free Wifi" on their own site and Expedia. This is very misleading - they include a free Wifi service which is only acceptable for text e-mail. My internet speed test yielded 0.2Mbps speed. For context Rogers Lite internet (cheapest option) provides 6Mbps. Content rich websites like TSN.ca or Expedia.ca would take a few minutes just to load. You will need to pay extra for usable internet service.

Great weekend in Toronto and this hotel was a big part of it. Easy check in and clean rooms. Breakfast has more than enough for even the fussy eater. Close to the ACC and CN Tower and nice pubs across the street with great food. Would highly recommend this hotel. Good value and location rank it tops in my next travel plans to Toronto.

I was here for a one night stay on business. The hotel upgraded me to an executive room which was a nice large size and also a nice large washroom en suite. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. View was of an apartment complex but that was fine. The upgrade included the breakfast buffet which was a nice touch. If I could add one thing it would be to add bottled water in the rooms. Otherwise a great experience. There is a nice Keg Restaurant with a few others directly across the street which was great. A great value!

Stayed for a concert so the location was excellent.
Fran's across the street was handy for a late after show drink.
Buffet breakfast included was good but wouldn't pay for it if it was an extra.
parking handy but not if you have a big car!
Room was ok but it was musty.
Pool was a mess, falling apart and change room was dark and gross. Skip the pool time.

Room Tip: Get up high for better view

This is a reasonable room for business travel. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall and eating areas. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced and the service was extremely slow with one staff acting as host, waiter, cook and bus boy.
