Excellent location with well appointed and modern rooms. Bath has lighted makeup mirror. I had a junior suite - room 902 which had a fair view of the CN Tower and overlooked the pool. Very nice view from the concierge lounge. No hot food in the lounge except oatmeal. Garage is tight if you have a large SUV. But has a window washing station and air station, nice touch.

Could not get a better location, central to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Nice reception area also.

The business lounge has limited food choices, but was a nice environment, not overcrowed and great view of the city.

Polite staff.

Will stay again on next trip to Toronto.

3 couples stayed here over the weekend and they screwed up all 3 of our billings. Won't go into all the details but 3 days later it still is not straightened out. Staff don't seem real eager or apologetic about correcting the situation. Also mold in the shower -- not what you expect from the Hilton!

We scored a steller deal for a romance package that included champagne and strawberries and room service breakfast both mornings of our stay. We stayed in a deluxe suite on the 20th floor in one of the newly updated rooms. The bathroom was nicely updated with a rain fall shower head and nice glass doors. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the cloth headboard (kinda gross thinking about what germs/bacteria could be lingering on it). The room service breakfast was absolutely delicious both mornings. We didn't want to order the "traditional" canadian breakfast so they allowed us to order whatever we wanted off of the menu as long as it matched the same value. I would like to give a big thanks to the room service operator for being so gracious and friendly. We had 2 eggs benedicts (perfectly made) and a pastry basket which included the best crossiants that we have ever eaten in our life! and 2 coffess and 2 OJ's. This hotel lost 1 star because of the concierge services. Over the phone the concierge was barely ever able to answer some of the questions we had prior to our trip and was always very brief and short with us over the phone. We almost cancelled our reservation all togather just because of that brief 1st impression of the hotel. I gave the concierge a second chance when we arrived at our hotel and asked them if they could confirm a reservation for a restaurant and give us directions to some stores on Bloor st, both of which the concierge refused to do because they were "too busy". The concierge instead gave us the phone number for the restaurant and then when we later called the concierge again for another phone number they decided to tell us that all phone calls are $1.49! We actually spoke to a variety of conicierge's all of which were extremely rude and short over the phone. Another thing we didn't like was that there was no ice machine on our floor. It's really creepy to walk around a Toronto hotel hallway and staircase in the middle of the night.

Room Tip: It seems as if there is a "mixed bag" of room's right now while they are under renovat...

Dear Trip Advisor Member...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We will certainly pass along your comments to our entire team as part of their on-going guest service training. Although the concierge team is operated by a 3rd party partner, we will definetly review your experience with them as this is well below the standard expected from us and not indicative of the hospitality our hotel team strives to provide. We appreciate your business and hope that you will visit us again soon!

Typical busy hotel that can't spend maintening its rooms. Bed sheets had holes so did the bathroom linen. No bathrobe, a 4 diamond standard.
Flat screen tv with poor picture, not a true HD. Reminded me of a commercial.
Not up to Hilton standards.

Stayed for a couple nights to get away from everything and to enjoy downtown, waterfront and dining. Hotel is nicely appointed and has a great central location allowing you to walk to most places of interest and dining. Room was spacious with king bed and was very comfortable. Hotel lives up to Hilton brand.

Would recommend to anybody. Great staff and very friendly. Will stay again in future.

My boyfriend and I spent a long weekend in Toronto and stayed here at the Hilton, which is an unusual choice for us - but it was such a bargain...we couldn't pass it up. In searching for a hotel, I came across an amazing deal at the Hilton. At $107/day plus tax - it even beat the B&B prices. We took it and we're so glad we did! Our room was very spacious with all the modern amenities that anyone could ask for. The amazing view of the CN Tower from our window was a great suprise. The room was very clean and our king bed was very comfortable.

The location of the Hilton couldn't be beat. It was very centrally located and allowed us to walk everywhere in the center city area...as well as take the subway or use the underground PATH system to get about. We enjoyed dining in the various little neighborhoods and no matter where we went in the city, it was only a short taxi ride away.

We really enjoyed our stay and our only wish was free wifi, but neither of us are at the Hilton HHonors Gold level yet to receive that bonus.
