We used this hotel as a stopover and parking when we went to Cuba in Jan 2010. We returned to the TO airport at 3 am and called for the shuttle. Then we stood out in the cold and waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive....not good....

This was the second time we've stayed at this Toronto Airport Stopover hotel. I had made the reservation a couple of months prior, and the day we were leaving, I looked on the website, and saw they had advertised a lower rate than I had booked.....I called the toll-free number, and they took another $10 off each of the 2 rooms we had booked,so we had a saving of $20 plus tax.......
The first time I stayed there (December 2007) we were very pleased so had no qualms about staying there again. And again, the hotel lived up to our expectations. We checked in about 11pm.There is a Greek restaurant in the hotel, and they were just closing up,but offered to prepare something for those just checking in.
We went right to bed,as we had only a few hours to rest. The room was clean and comfortable, just as I recalled from last time......There was some noise in the night as it was Friday night, and 4 young guys shouting and shoving in the parking lot for awhile but, other than that, enjoyed my few precious hours of rest.
At 3am, I reported for the continental brekkie and had Red Rose tea and 2 pastries. Not a great selection but something to help start the day before you get to the airport for a real breakfast.
The staff was very friendly, they had a free computer in the lobby you can use,and most importantly, this hotel offers 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport, which so many of the hotels in this area do not.
So,just as the first time we stayed there,we were more than satisfied with this hotel, and it is highly likely we will stay there again when we need to find a Toronto airport hotel. It certainly works well for us....

We stayed out of convenience to break a long drive up. We were able to have our dog in the room which was nice. The room was a basic hotel set up and it seemed the carpets had very recently been cleaned which was nice. The bed was not comfortable but was a place to sleep. If you are looking for a good price near the airport this is a good place to stay, but a few extra dollars and you could probably find a better place to sleep.

My adult son and I spent a night here in August 2009.  Room was decent and spacious. We had two double beds. We didn't have laptops but we appreciated the free computer in the lobby where we could access the internet and check in on line and print our boarding passes without charge.  The complimentary airport shuttle ran 24 hours a day which we appreciated because we had to be at Toronto Pearson airport at 4 a.m. to catch an international flight leaving at 6 a.m.  It seemed that all other airport hotels had shuttles that start at 4 a.m.  We also appreciated the free continental breakfast which started at 3 a.m.   Breakfast at 3 to 7 p.m. is much too early for most people is too early but for our early flight it was just what we needed..  There was a wide selection of pastries with tea/coffee, but no fruit or fruit juice or anything that was not sweet.  There might have been something like bagels and cream cheese, but for a free breakfast at 3 a.m. just before we left we couldn't complain. It's also one of the closest hotels to the airport.
