“Stay away for the next year if possible.”
Reviewed 23 May 2014

I've been going to Union for years. I loved it. Beautiful old station. Now, it's under construction. Has been for over a year. Escaping onto Front St. is nearly impossible. All the construction is a complete eyesore, and does not give the welcome it should. I'm sure it will be lovely when the station and Front St. construction are done, but as it is, I'd avoid it if possible.

“Union Station - Local Landmark Under Construction”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

Union Station is a great Toronto landmark, but perhaps it is best to visit in a few years because it is under major construction, especially "Union" the Toronto Transit Commission subway station.

It is close to major attractions, such as the Air Canada Centre.

If you are hungry, or need to go to shopping, a state-of-the-art Longo's Supermarket is nearby.

“Take a Break”
Reviewed 12 April 2014

When one reaches the Union Station, save some time to lounge around for a coffee or a snack,or just to watch the endless flow of humanity-people rushing to work, some waiting for friends and some waiting to catch a connecting Go train.
Food courts and some shops offer plenty of options for every traveller. The railways are run with clock work pricision and the info booths, ticket kiosks are highly efficient to say the least.

“Union Station is a great place.”
Reviewed 6 April 2014

Wow.! I always enjoy taking the train to different places all over.
Union Station also have the Go Trains & outside the Go Bus to take you where you need to go.
There is also a Food Court that has got what you need. They also have WI-FI in the Station so you can check your E-Mails. Only thing is you can't get NETFLIX to watch movies.
But that is what YouTube is for to watch some. All the Staff at Union in my opinion are great.
It's fun to travel on the train.

“Give yourself time”
Reviewed 28 March 2014

Under major construction. Signage could be better. People look lost. We almost were. Work ongoing both inside and outside so take care and as I said in the title give yourself plenty time.
