Stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights in April and it was satisfactory enough to return in May for 3 nights ..but ever so different. Grumpy and miserable receptionist, a room in the back (what may have been a storage room) with two beds and no room to walk around, an old TV with poor reception, moldy smelling to a point that the maids barely cleaned the room, leaving the comforters and pillows piled on the floor, no coffee for the little coffee maker on the counter etc. There was an ironing board that I had hoped to use but no floor space available to set it up and no plug in access for the iron. The old fashioned TV that was in a large cabinet between the beds had the poorest reception I have seen since TV was invented and took up too much critical space.
PARKING! I have a handicapped designation on my vehicle but the one space available is narrower than any other space and against the gate for entrance to the parking lot - making access impossible unless you are in a golf cart, motorbike or wheelchair .... but I did find good parking about three blocks away. This was Mother's Day weekend and the breakfast was the poorest ever..... no fresh fruit (two over ripe bananas, a few old oranges and apples, 3 yogurt ..that remained there all weekend ......very limited in comparison to the choices available just one month previously and of course no microwave oven in the room. The one in the coffee room needed some cleaning as well.....

The room was clean and aired out . There were lots of towels in the bathroom and the shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows and warm linens and blankets.

The double rooms with two beds are small for all the furniture in them. Go for the king room where the one bed does not overcrowd the room. Otherwise great value and pricing!
