Clean, comfortable, good hotel experience. NON SMOKING BUILDING! YAY! Got a great rate on Priceline. Minor inconveniences such as one missed wakeup call, room keys had to be updated several times during stay (no, they were not kept with cellphones or other credit cards), but overall just right. The pool was small but nice. I was worried it would be dirty after reading another review, but it was clean and had a hot tub too! The restaurant breakfast was $10.95, so we stuck with Tim Horton's next door. We later lunched at a terrific little Caribbean restaurant in a strip mall behind the hotel that serves breakfast also (starting at 8 am), but we never tried the breakfast. The lunch was great though, not to be missed. (See my restaurant review). Nice staff, nice convenient place.

Stayed here as part of a New Year's Eve package and was very disappointed by every aspect of this hotel. Had never stayed with the 'Comfort' brand before and this hotel has succeeded at keeping me away in the future.

First off there was no parking; drove around for 10 minutes and not a single spot. Then, while we humped our bags from a parking lot on the far side of the property, we got to play a game of risk your life on ice covered pavement. I mean seriously? The ice storm was 10 days ago and the walkways were still not cleared - when I say "treacherous" I am not exaggerating.

Upon entering our room we discovered the bedside table had a sticky substance all shiny and congealed on top; clearly something had been spilled and housekeeping had not even bothered to wipe it down; did not go a long ways towards instilling confidence in the quality of cleaning done for the rest of the room. We stayed on 8th floor and the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that we had to put a rolled up towel at the base of our door to keep it from permeating our room. In a word: Disgusting. Took a trip down to the pool, which (not surprisingly based upon what we had just discovered in our room) was filthy. A serious ring of scum visible just above the water line all around the pool and spa. On a positive note the pool was bromine rather than chlorine and I do consider that an advantage. Clean your fricking pool for goodness sakes!

Next morning we had the New Year's brunch buffet... what a joke! Canned fruit, pitiful muffins, some scrambled eggs, potatoes, rubbery pancakes and bacon. Everyone who came in remarked at their surprise that this passed for a buffet. My partner had finished his second helping (he will eat anything) before someone started coming around with toast; that's right, there wasn't even any toast on the buffet! No one seated you, all the tables were filthy and hadn't been cleaned.

The final insult was the trek back to our car - still treacherous, although the hundreds of cigarette butts littering the walkway did help break down the ice a little... again, disgusting!

No parking, woefully inadequate housekeeping/groundskeeping and food service. Needless to say I will never go back - and if you are smart, you won't go in the first place. Lovely Holiday Inn nearby - do yourself a favour and dodge this proverbial bullet!

Room Tip: Rooms at the Holiday Inn down the street are best

We enjoyed our 3 nights in this conveniently situated Comfort Hotel. Reception was friendly, the room with wi-fi access was nice and well looked after and although close to the airport the noise was never intrusive. Easy to leave the car in their free car park and travel to Toronto by a good bus service then transferring to the subway which has many well placed stops in the city. We alighted at Eaton Centre the well appointed shopping centre within the famous PATH underground mall, a great experience all round, friendly and helpful bus driver also the subway passengers.

Room Tip: Our room was airport side but there was no intrusive noise, also the elevator was just across from o...

We stayed here for the weekend a few weeks ago as a group for a funeral for a close relative. The group rate quoted was excellent! The rooms were okay, but the beds were comfy. The fridge in the room left the floor a little damp, but we were barely in the room so it didn't bother us to much. It definitely served its purpose and everyone in our group was pretty much pleased with the rooms and service. My only complaint was the key card did not working properly. I had to exchange 3 times.

We stayed at this hotel Friday November 1st before our trip to Cay Coco, Cuba and I have to say it was great. We got a deal through wagjag where we spent 75.00 which gave us the night stay and 8 days of parking to go with it.

Check in was fast and friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. There are two elevators here but only one of them was working thankfully the other one was very fast!. We were able to book our shuttle pick up when we checked in for the next day and he was there right on time.

Upon arrival back at the airport after our trip we called for pick up and by the time we got to Section S downstairs he was just pulling up. Fantastic service for a fair price. Would def suggest this hotel to anyone travelling who needs a place to park.

We didnt get a chance to try the pool but it looked great and there were others in it. THe hot tub was also out of service too :( The service in the resturant there was fantastic however the food was very very greasy.

Room Tip: We had a king size bed room..was on the 7th floor and was very nice. No complaints!

My first impressions were not great. It was farther fromt the airport than expected. The attached restaurant was missing most of the lighted letters in their sign, making it look shabby. And the first question they asked at the front desk was whether we were with the hockey group.
But we were given a very quiet corner room on the 4th floor. I honestly did not hear a peep outside our room all weekend! Now that may be in part due to the old-style heating unit constantly running which provided constant white noise, not bothersome, but always on.
The room was a very large l shape and very clean, with some bathroom updates. The furnishings were not modern, ie. old TV, low beds.
I like that the hairdryer had a built-in nightlight. We had a fridge.
There was not a lot of interest in the area.
All in all I was very happy with our stay.
