Superbly trained staff who all convey a warm welcome and assist effectively in all situations.
Rooms nicely appointed to the highest standards. Immaculately clean, functioning in all features- and comfortable and stylish, too!
Executive floor with fantastic views and even better service by the most friendly and kind staff!
Worth the while to book an executive floor room!

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto June 8-10 and experienced a customer service moment that defines the level of service that Ritz-Carlton provides.
I arrived at the hotel very late (around midnight) and was greeted by very friendly staff. They checked me in quickly and the staff led me to the elevator and used their card to allow me to ride up to my floor. Great security process! The next morning I woke up at 6:55 am to discover that I forgot to pack a dress shirt for my meetings that day. Quite stressed, I called the front desk and asked if they knew any options for finding a 16 & 1/2" dress shirt at that time of day. The lady politely said she would see what she could do. I hopped in the shower with very little hope, wondering how my "casual" look would be perceived during the meetings. Shortly after I got out of the shower (at about 7:15 - 20 minutes after I called the front desk!!) there was a knock on my room door and a staff member holding a clean, pressed, white dress shirt exactly my size. The note attached said "I hope our shirt suits your need. Please fee free to contact me again if I can be of any further assistance. Thank you and have a wonderful day."
Had I been more than 1/2-dressed, I would have hugged the girl who gave me the shirt. Jun Kim with Guest Services truly provided 5-star service.

Room Tip: South view is of the CN Tower. Awesome view. North view is of the city.

Stayed for 2 nights on a short weekend trip from the uk and had an excellent experience . Staff are first rate ,warm, professional and make you feel special . Room was top notch ,calm ,comfortable especially the bed ,great nights sleep. The bathroom was superbly equipped with bath ,separate walk in shower .The TV in the mirror is a real surprise .
Fine choice at breakfast ,met my gf request with no problems . Great spa and salt water pool - no nasty chlorine !
Super door staff met me with water after my early morning run.
One gripe though . The coffee machine in the room was most welcome but you have to use paper cups ! Come on Ritz Carlton this is a five star luxury hotel ,surely you can put crockery in the rooms or even a mug ?

I stayed there for 5 nights during a conference and had a wonderful time. The property definitely lives up to Ritz Carlton's name and is one I would heartily recommend.

Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are superb. Thoughtful touches are everywhere. Staff from front desk to cleaning staff are helpful and courteous. I felt really well taken care of.

Well done, Ritz Carlton.

Stayed here for a few nights during a conference and could not have been more pleased. The room was very clean and had a great view. The bed was divine! I have not had a better night's sleep in a hotel anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and professional as well. I will definitely be back!

Simply one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in! Was travelling around Canada on honeymoon and stayed in 4 hotels. This was the best by miles...obviously the most expensive but it was worth it. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especcially the concierge. Had a room overlooking the waterfront area and the CN Tower which was brilliant. Would definately stay again as location and amenities were top notch. Have to pay for wifi but you get given free bottled water and a turn down service in the evening.

Room Tip: Get a waterfront view room and as high as possible for the best views
