Excellent 2-night stay in June on business trip; first time in this hotel. The quasi French colonial room design with teak-colored blinds & furniture is warm & inviting, and bed + good quality linens very comfortable. Spacious room overlooking the side street where it is located picked up a bit of noise from the nearby nightclub but quite faint. Continental breakfast included in room rate a very nice touch - particularly the healthy option of oatmeal, fruit, & nuts. Had a delicious light evening meal from room service as well. Small complaint - no coffee maker in the room (and no coffee service set out when leaving for an early flight - bad for coffee addicts). Staff competent and accommodating. Much prefer over nearby chain hotel for similar price. Intend to stay here again when visiting Toronto.
