This temple is so gorgeous. It is housed in a historical building and the contrast of the traditional European-inspired architecture and the Indian-inspired interior is phenomenal. There is also a nice little cafe for lunch and dinner and beautiful spiritual music a few times a day. The morning sessions are especially serene and meditative.
Our little boy was hungry, and even though the Govinda's Restaurant was closed, they took us downstairs and offered us a really delicious meal free of charge - for our entire group of twelve!
It's hard to believe that this place exists in the middle of the city of Toronto. It's practically like taking a trip to India!
