The worst part of this hotel is the lobby music!
They have completely ruined the ambiance in their stunning lobby with a live piano player. The music (noise) echos throughout the area making you want to cover your ears. It's beyond annoying and makes conversation challenging. I cannot understand why management thinks it's pleasant.
The hotel is beautiful, the bar is a bit small, I love the finishes in the lobby, but have yet to see a room.
I adore the Shangri-La in Paris and was so looking forward to Toronto's.
