This is a new theatre built on the classic style. Built to house Miss Saygon it has been home to endless hits. Because so many shows have electronic floors, the actual stage level is a bit low. The first ten rows are not raked (on a slope) so it is often the back of other peoples heads you see most of. I can not understand building a new theatre and not going with stadium seating where the head in front of you is at the height of your knees. Theatre...what ever the production, stars, directors etc. is about the audience and the audience must see and hear everything. Farther back where it slopes is better.
