Our dining experience at Biff's on the evening of Thursday November 1st was absolutely top notch. Our waitress, Leslie, was extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine and served the meal at exactly the right pace, while efficiently serving the other tables about us. She is certainly a jewel of a server. The menu offers items that are truly french bistro inspired, and a cut far above the usual. Smoked sweetbreads, frogs legs, and bouride (seafood in broth) was delicious, and presentation was beautiful. I should also mention, that they serve oysters on the half shell for $1 each. I had a dozen. They were ice cold, shucked cleanly and delicious. Such a bargain!
