This has always been a reliable neighborhood fixture. Cozy French bistro atmosphere, a little louder than I would like for conversation. $157.85 shared appetizer, 2 entrees, wine and shared dessert. Good mussels although a bit gritty which shouldn't happen at this caliber of bistro, perhaps someone had an off night in the kitchen when the mussels were cleaned - the broth should always be strained after the solids are removed. Excellent veal schnitzel – very crispy, but moist and served with aioli mayo, and smashed potatoes and tender crisp asparagus. Good dessert – caramelized pineapple, vanilla cake and coconut sorbet. Ample portions. Lots of metered parking or take the Queen St. car.
